We had such an amazing stay here that I really wanted to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. There was even a board with our name on it at the entrance – such a nice touch! At check-in, we got a little chocolate and the kids were allowed to choose a gift, which they absolutely loved. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. You can really tell they care about the small details. The food was incredible – honestly some of the best we’ve ever had on holiday. Everything was fresh and full of flavor, and there was always something different to try. What we also loved is how much the hotel organizes for the guests. Every day there was something new going on, so it never gets boring. It really made the whole experience special. This is actually the first time I’ve ever written a review, but this place really deserves it. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back again

The hotel is beautifully located and offers everything families with children could wish for. There’s plenty of space to play, fantastic playgrounds, soft play areas and an amazing pool with a large kids’ section. Our little one had so much fun and it was a joy to play together in such lovely surroundings. We also really enjoyed the petting zoo and the forest playground, which had something to offer for children of all ages. The restaurants catered to every wish, for adopts and little ones’. With food options for kids of all ages, even our picky eater found something he liked, which meant we parents could relax and enjoy the excellent variety of dishes. Once the kids were in bed, we took full advantage of the beautiful downstairs sauna, the perfect way to unwind. All in all, a fantastic place for families with children of all ages!

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome with clear instructions about the hotel activities and facilities. The kids’ club team paid attention to every detail and provided a daily schedule of engaging activities. All meals were included with our booking, and we really enjoyed the variety and quality of the food—it was truly luxurious. The buffet even had a dedicated section for children. The restaurant staff were attentive to our needs and our kids’ dietary preferences, offering helpful choices to suit the whole family. The receptionist was very helpful and assisted me with information about some destinations I wanted to visit, even explaining useful details about the train system. One thing I wish they had was luggage delivery service to the rooms, as well as room service for food. But overall, the hotel was excellent. The rooms were of high quality, and the furniture was thoughtfully designed for families and children. They provided everything we needed, including a special walking bag for kids. Strollers were available to rent, and they were high-quality models suitable even for hilly terrain. There was also a supermarket conveniently located nearby. The best part of our stay was the kids’ club trip for families into the forest, where we experienced traditional Tyrolean bread baking with jam. The children’s activities were unique and well-planned. We even had the chance to meet an alpaca, which was a delightful surprise!

Hotel is very family focused and our kids (10 and 13) loved the pool and teenie area. They could roam free and no one batted an eyelid over noise from children. Rooms are spacious, clean and when asked I was provided with a choice of different pillows so that was much appreciated. Transport of kids to ski school with the hotel bus is super easy and makes life for parents easy. Breakfast buffet was plenty and good choice. Lunch buffet was basic but that was fine for us as we were out skiing most days. Afternoon tea - this is different from what English people would expect. It's the Austrian/ German typical "Kaffee und Kuchen" so don't expect sandwiches (that is a British thing). Cakes were lovely though and one day they did fresh Kaiserschmarrn which the kids loved coming off a day's skiing. Dinner was good, I struggled a bit as a vegetarian as the choice was limited especially when it was antipasti from the buffet. There could be more variety in the salads and vegetarian options on offer. My husband was happy with the meat options and apparently had the best tuna steak in his life. Again, you're in Italy so you have primi and secondi piatti and what British people would consider the main dish could come across as small...but that is because you would have had antipasti, salad and primi... Overall, if you're after a good quality hotel on the slopes, don't want to worry about the kids then this is a great place to stay

This hotel is extremely over priced for what you actually get. The kids club and pool is great but the food and lodging is not worth the money. Afternoon tea is just cakes , a few sandwiches would have been welcomed but literally just cakes. The buffet was basic at lunch and dinner , and when ordering the dishes from the menu they were so small , theres al a carte then there is 2 prawns on a plate . If this hotel was half the price you would say its was acceptable and a good effort. Lunch was either pizza one day, then burgers and the other chicken legs and the same salad buffet and bread everyday. They state all inclusive soft drinks but you cannot order sodas from the bar and only at the self Service machine and coffees and hot drinks only available until 5pm then you must pay. The farm is a 20 minute walk on a dangerous road but made to look like its on website. Rooms either boiling hot or freezing and main bed is two beds pushed together in the suites. The hotel in peak time would be too small and very easy to spread germs. Multiple families by the end of the trip had the same Cough and attitude of staff when you had a problem was like “okay” as it seems they have a lot of custom and do not need returning business. Good hotel if cheaper but not value for money.

Our third time coming here; each time it gets even better. It’s the perfect combination of activities for the kids, family time, and relaxation for the parents. The amenities for the kids are incredible, and they continue to make them even better. And the spa and other amenities for the parents are top notch. The spa is as nice (or nicer) as any 5-star resort. The food is . Looking forward to coming back.

My husband and I had the most wonderful trip with our 4 month baby. The hotel is a heaven for smaller kids. We had particular needs (breastfeeding small baby + no car) but we had all we wished in one place: Lovely staff + the best nanny care + programs for babies (baby yoga, baby swimming, crafting nice dummy hangers) + drop in drop off from train station with a fee + baby career and mountain strollers available for free + a terrace with the best panoramic view of the mountain + close by animal farm + family friendly hikes. In short: the best hotel for families with babies and small kids. I would just recommend avoiding weekends since the day care opening hours and the programs are limited.

We were recommended this place by someone who's been three times, and boy, were they right! And, in case you'll be thinking, no, this is NOT a paid review! It's my real, honest experience. The village is picturesque, and the views from the hotel - whether from the room or the pool - are nothing short of mesmerising... sit admiring for hours and you feel the stress melting away. The staff is super lovely and totally committed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Donajhon at the restaurant made our mealtimes fun with his short and quick conversations - lovely guy! The rooms are perfectly suited to families with young children, helping them be independent with low toilets and sinks. I loved the easy and laid back decor which is immaculately kept. Everywhere is so clean, leaving nothing lacking. The restaurant has a sophisticated decor but welcoming at the same time. The food is divine, especially dinner. Dishes are different every day, and it gives you the feeling of fine dining every night, without being too heavy, even after a whole week of dinners. And if you're scared it's not suited to children, they have their own special station, low of course to be reached by them, with pasta and children's favourite comfort food. They can eat the adults' food too, if they like. Or pick and mix. Babies are catered for with baby food, like purees, baby cereals and fruits. You can even make your own smoothie there if you wish. The pool was the highlight of our busy days. The heated pool opens up to an outdoor area too and we enjoyed sitting in the warm water outside, with the spa jets on and looking at the views. The kids have both an unattended play area and an attended child care area where to spend their time. There is also a varied programme for kids of all ages and families. To be honest, we didn't avail ourselves much of this as we had our own itinerary. But it's possible to go on holiday without planning anything and just going along with the hotel's programme and still feel like you've made the most out of your time. In a nutshell, it's a place with a good balance between elegance and cosiness, with all the comforts you'd expect at home. Suitable also for adults travelling without children. Thank you to the Stolz Family for creating this beautiful holiday place!
