"The staff is super friendly, but the rooms are incredibly dark, with no fresh air. They have such a beautiful location, and the rooms either have a small window or a window against a wall. We (a family with 3 kids) were given a room where the AC didn't work, the bathroom had a leak, and the beds were missing sheets. We mentioned this and were given another room and blankets!! That other room was nice, dark as I said, and the bathroom with the bathtub was just old, broken, and dirty. Breakfast is not American as advertised."
