El hotel esta bien ubicado en Valle en la calle Bocanegra. Esta a unos 7 minutos del centro, los portales y la catedral. Tiene estacionamiento propio enfrente del hotel. La salida hacia la carretera de Toluca tambien esta muy sencillo. La entrada al hotel es una puerta pequena, la atencion en la recepcion es buena y rapida. El cuarto 10 aunque esta a un lado de la Recepcion y da a la calle no es tan ruidoso. La habitacion esta muy bien cuenta con todos los servicios incluyendo secadora de pelo. El servicio del Restaurante es bueno, el Chef David cocina muy bien y los platillos que probamos, ensalada cesar con costra de queso, alcachofa a los 4 quesos y camarones al tequila muy buenos. El ambiente y la decoracion en el Hotel es muy agradable. El costo por noche esta muy aceptable.

La verdad, este es un lugar fantástico para relajarse, tiene un ambiente lleno de naturaleza y paz. El olor a leña es fantástico, se siente por todos los rincones. El restaurante es excelente, la atención y el servicio es A1, desde la persona que te ayuda a entrar al estacionamiento , la recepcionista, los mozos del restaurante, todos hacen que la experiencia sea redonda. He vuelto ya por 4ta vez y sin duda regresaré, gracias por tan buena experiencia

Hola. Nos hospedamos 2 noches en este bello hotel. Mesón de leyendas. Nuestra experiencia fue muy agradable desde el momento que nos recibieron. Todos las personas con una sonrisa. Y una excelente actitud. El restaurante en medio de ese jardín tan natural es lo máximo. Nuestra habitación con jacuzzi, muy rica. Los jabones excelentes. Los cuartos muy limpios. Mi especial agradecimiento y admiración por su trabajo al Joven Daniel. Nos atendió durante nuestra noche bohemia con un excelente vino tinto y una rica tabla de quesos y carnes. Su sonrisa y pronta atención nos encantó. Nuestro guía Jezel (no estoy seguro que así se escriba su nombre) muy atento y agradable para llevarnos a conocer esos bellos lugares La recepcionista. El chico que me ayudó a llevar las maletas al auto. Todas las personas en general siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. Muchas, muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra primera visita a Valle de Bravo muy especial. Y claro que nos volveremos a ver. Gracias. Jaime A.

El hotel es muy bonito, súper céntrico y el personal del hotel siempre muy amable y atento, sin duda regresaría, el día de tu check out lavan tu auto como cortesía, el desayuno es muy rico, en las tardes y noches puedes cenar de igual manera en el hotel con un ambiente distinto, romántico y súper agradable con música en vivo y las pizzas son exquisitas !!!

Las habitaciones son hermosas, las camas muy cómodas, el servicio es impecable al igual que la limpieza. La comida tiene muy buen sabor y muy buena presentación, recomiendo mucho este hotel para venir en pareja o en familia, es una experiencia muy bonita.

El patio del restaurant agradable, los meseros atentos, la calidad, presentacion y sabor de los alimentos buena. Pedimos: Hummus, alcachofa a los 3 quesos, una orden de tuetanos y una Pizza de Jamon Serrano. Lo desagradable y poco higienico es la presencia de mascotas.
