Super hard bed. Noise all night. Bed bugs. Wow. Can’t give it any good review on there than location and staff were nice. Won’t stop here again

I wanted to like this hotel because it promised to be good value for money. I was prepared for Spartan facilities confident that everything would be clean. But getting in was hard because there are no clear instructions about how to do that late at night when the gate is shut. Cut the marketing nonsense and just provide simple clear instructions by email. To their credit they do provide a 24hour helpline with a human who was able to help. But by then the damage was done. However, a week later I feel more charitable. We did get what we wanted, a good night’s sleep, a clean room, a satisfactory breakfast although the buffet was poorly laid out. Outside there was a loop round the industrial estate that would provide a good level circuit for doing a reps running session. For the initiated here’s how to get in after hours: Make sure you have your booking reference to hand well in advance. You may well want a bit of paper and a pen. Leave the car at the gate and go to the hotel entrance where you will find a touchscreen. Key in your booking reference and surname. This will generate your room number and a code, write them down. The code will open the car park barrier and your room. Key the code into the keypad at the barrier and drive in. Park up and go to your room. Repeat the process for everybody in your party. NB if you are Mr Smith but have a Mr Jones in your group you will have to enter Jones with the booking reference to get his room number, not Smith.

The location was fine, room was ok. I say staff terrible as there was not N/A because we didn't see or speak to any staff. I would say it was expensive for what you got BUT it was MotoGP weekend at Le Mans.
