Absolutely no staff available to assist with anything. Do not book breakfast. They are associated with a restaurant 400 meters away which gives you bare minimum items. Better to eat in nearby restaurants. No one cleaned or even made up the room for two days. At checkout, there were no lockers available. We had to wait in the lobby till our flight.
A disappointed end to our otherwise wonderful three week trip to Spain

I had a pleasant stay at Numa while I was visiting Valencia. Located in a nice area that had plenty of places to wat, see,do.
It’s a new concept where everything is automated, which I found easy to navigate, whether is getting new towels or refilling the coffee pods.
A no frills hotel, the room itself was very spacious especially for a solo traveller - although the room itself got had a much smaller window than what was shown in the pictures.
Of course, at the price, I wasn’t surprised that it had limited amenities but it would be nice to have a gym.
Overall, a good place to crash while visiting the city, no major negatives at all.

THIS PLACE IS THE PLACE TO BE! Seriously we were soo impressed with the ease of the self-checkin, the location, and the room itself. We stayed 2 nights and honestly could have spent an entire week here. We were so close to everything we wanted to see. Definitely make sure you book this place as we’ll 1000% be back again. Thank you for such an incredible stay!

This company is a scam and a nightmare of the tourism industry. The only person they employ is a cleaning lady and some young guys as mobile receptionists. There is no customer service. You have a problem, you speak to AI, which loops without providing an answer, and eventually stops responding. They lie about breakfasts, which are also outsourced to some random bars which refuse to provide service before 9:30. The rooms look like nothing in the pictures, no light, prison-like.

The bed was comfy and the location was great.
My only complaint is that there is no daily cleaning (you have to pay a fee).
Access to the property is pretty easy with the passcode they send you.

We had a good stay here. However, be aware that this is a self-serve hotel. By that I mean that there is no front desk and when you need things like toilet paper, towels, sheets or coffee pods, you get them yourself in a closet in the lobby. More than once, we found no bath towels in the closet. I could not figure out how to close the terrace door and it took about 8 days after reporting it for someone to come. Communication starts out as a chat bot and you have to tell it to chat with a human. Never a live phone call. They service your room once per week so expect to change your sheets and towels yourself. They will do it for you but up charge you for the extra service. There is no laundry facility on premises even though it was stated on the booking site (and a sign in the lobby) that there is. However, there is a laundromat nearby. The location is on a quiet street and it is walkable to many nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay but you need to set your expectations appropriately about the hotel amenities/services.

The hotel was great. Clean, quiet and spacious. My only complaint is breakfast… you must go to a local cafe to get it, it is not supplied at the hotel. It’s not as advertised.
