Odeur d urine dans les toilettes. Des poils dans la douche, rideau de séparation HS. Petit déjeuner ridicule, pas de yaourt, sucre en poudre dans un bol, ça sent l'économie de bout de chandelle. Clients depuis des années cela sera la dernière fois pour nous.

Un énorme bouchon sur l'autoroute m'a décidée à faire une étape à Valence. Un plongeon dans la piscine était le bienvenu! L 'hôtel est au calme et le service est parfait.

Une fois la chambre réglée, il ne faut pas espérer la moindre assistance, encore moins durant la nuit. Un service très peu professionnel, surtout la nuit, où la seule solution proposée est : “voyez avec Booking”.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la présence de la climatisation. Ce n'était pas le cas pour ce 20 mai,. "Pas encore le moment" avait décidé la direction. C'est pourtant inscrit dans les options de l'hôtel. La nuit a été très désagréable avec la fenêtre ouverte, trop bruyant. TRES GROSSE DECEPTION

De frieten bij de hoofdmaaltijden zijn desastreus. Ik hoop hierbij een foto te kunnen bijvoegen. Slap. Aangebrand. Vettig. Donkerbruin. 5% waren iets witter en goed van smaak. Andere klanten kregen ook dergelijke frieten. Bij navragen is er op de frieten niets aan te werken?!

Accueil poli mais sans plus. Chambre correcte, propre. Petite salle de bain. La marche pour accéder à la douche est très haute. Linge de bain une serviette par personne faut pas avoir envie de se faire un shampoing… Pas de bouteille d’eau. Le petit déjeuner varié mais croissants certainement de la veille, salade de fruits très amère enfin très bof …Pour 120 euros c’est décevant

One of the best hotel stays i have had in years. Staff were excellent, attentive and nothing too much trouble. Bedroom was fine, clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower room. Restaurant had nice ambience and food was good. Large car park so no problem searching for a parking space. Many thanks for a great stay, hope to return
