Estuvimos pasando el fin de semana en este establecimiento, y tuvimos que estar con la ventana del cuarto permanente cerrada debido a que el olor de la barbacoa y el ruido de la terraza molestaban para los que en fin de semana tienen que dormir. Esta situación se prolonga hasta las cerca de las 3:00 de la mañana, por lo que es algo inadecuado ya que se paga por dormir y descansar. De otra parte se pidio factura de lo consumido en el restaurante, y despues de varios dias de solicitarlo y en espera, finalmente no se entregó, aunque se pidio que se enviase por correo electrónico. Como veran hay mucho que mejorar, ya que la seriedad y la eficiencia quedan ausentes en estos establecimientos, en los que se abusa del buen hacer de las familias. Hay que pensar en donde alojarse y comer en Valdepeñas, ya que es caro y poco serio este establecimiento.

We stayed at this hotel recently on our way from Almeria to Santander. It has a carpark situated behind the hotel which was why we picked it as our car was full of our belongings and we didn't want is parked on the road. The decor is a little dated but the room was clean and excellent value for money. The lady at reception was welcoming and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

UNA MALA RXPERIEN CIA Nos reunimos toda la familia para celebrar el encuentro con la tradicional comida de Navidad, que resultó un fiasco. El local estaba tan abarrotado de mesas que resultaba casi imposible moverse. El menú fue de poca cakidad y servido por personal muy poco profesional
