Alpinhotel Keil ★★★
"Excellent hotel with good facilities. Swimming pools are situated on the roof of the hotel, they are very large and warm. There are plenty of saunas. The gym is great. Our room was very large and very. very clean. The staff is kind. The breakfast and the diner are amazing! The Keil hotel is led with the heart, thanks them for that!"
Hotel Hubertus ★★★★
"My wife and I stayed at Hotel Hubertus from Thursday to Sunday to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and it became one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Over the years, we’ve been fortunate enough to stay at luxury hotels across the world, including Dubai, Mykonos, Ibiza, Paris, New York, Singapore, Sydney and Buenos Aires, as well as well over a hundred other destinations. That has given us a very high benchmark, and we can honestly say that Hubertus ranks among the very best. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly checked out, everything was simply exceptional. We stayed in a beautiful suite with a private balcony overlooking the Dolomites, complete with our own panoramic sauna and whirlpool. Waking up to those breathtaking views every morning and ending the day in the whirlpool while watching the sun disappear behind the mountains is something we’ll never forget. The location itself is spectacular. Surrounded by the Dolomites, every view feels like a postcard. Whether relaxing in the Sky Pool, enjoying the iconic Heaven & Hell spa experience, or simply sitting on our balcony, nature was always part of the experience. Heaven & Hell is unlike anything we’ve experienced before. It perfectly blends architecture, wellness and the surrounding landscape. Some places simply can’t be described. They have to be experienced. The hotel itself is extraordinary. The architecture and interior design are in a league of their own. Every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered. Yet despite its size, Hubertus never feels like a large hotel. Instead, it feels intimate, peaceful and incredibly personal. Luxury is easy to buy. Creating genuine warmth and atmosphere is much harder. Hubertus achieves both effortlessly. The culinary experience deserves special recognition. Every breakfast and every dinner was exceptional. Creative, beautifully presented and consistently of a standard worthy of Michelin recognition. Every meal became an experience in itself. But what truly sets Hubertus apart isn’t the stunning design, the breathtaking spa or the outstanding food. It’s the people. I have one simple rule that every great hotel should live by: The number one job of every hotel team is to make guests want to come back. Hubertus has mastered exactly that. Every member of the team was warm, genuine, attentive and effortlessly professional. Nothing ever felt rehearsed. It felt sincere. On our final evening, several departing guests, including us, hugged members of the restaurant team before leaving. We’ve travelled extensively around the world, and I honestly cannot remember witnessing that at any other hotel. During our stay, we met a lovely elderly couple who told us this was their 31st stay at Hubertus. That conversation said everything. Beautiful architecture can be copied. Michelin-level food can eventually be matched. Luxury spa facilities can be built. But creating an experience that makes guests"
Aparthotel Familiaris - Family Apartments - Pools & Spa in Dolomites ★★★★
"Very satisfactory stay at this property. Spacious apartment, with kitchenettes separate from the other rooms, very large bathroom, all very recent. Very spacious balcony with the possibility of resting in the fresh air on the deckchairs provided. Very nice park for children, excellent experiences with animals. Convenient laundry service in the basement. Very kind and very young reception staff. Definitely large spa, with Turkish bath, sauna and hot tub. The only flaw at the entrance to the spa area is a sign with rules, which are not respected by the majority of visitors (Italians). Compliments to the owners/managers of the property."
Mirabell Dolomites Hotel ★★★★★
"Definitely the best place in Valdaora and the surrounding area. It has everything one would expect in a 5 star hotel. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic and the service was always professional and polite. The spa is one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. There is a small exercise room with sufficient equipment for a full body workout (a bench would be a nice addition). The parking garage is limited to 1.90 meters, and there is a nice open air parking lot across the street."
Hotel Pörnbacher ★★★
Bärenhotel ★★★★★
"Baerenhotel exceeded my expectations. Every member of the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel truly at home. The food was outstanding, the views were breathtaking, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip to Kronplatz."
Moar's Hotel ★★★
"two stars? perhaps too much... from the room, which was also dirty, devoid of any comfort, to the spa (!!), horrible, to the ski/boot room, unwatchable, to the restaurant, extremely disappointing, I couldn't find a positive note; Furthermore, for skiing there is public transport which is very inconvenient. Never again N.B. I actually went there three years ago, but I didn't find the option. I still wanted to write a review, to prevent other naive people like me from falling for it..."
Residence Bacher ★★★
Chalet Tyrolian Apartments - by Familiaris - Pools 500 Meters ★★★
"The newly restructured structure, very clean. But: - to reach the 4th floor without his liftax with his baggage was no pleasure trip - the room was extremely small (~10 sqm) and had little in common with the misleading photos used by the structure to advertise - the beds are straight and The hotel is very comfortable, not suitable for adults or older people - piece 150 € + wanted to make us pay for breakfast as an extra service that was not even in the same structure -> is not absolutely suitable to the proposed level of service."
