Ein Hotelerlebnis wie man es sich wünscht. Schönes Haus, gemütliche und saubere Zimmer, freundliche Mitarbeitende, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt von A-Z nichts zu kritisieren. Einen Wunsch möchte ich an dieser Stelle aber dennoch äussern: Eine etwas grössere Auswahl an offenen Rotweinen, würde sich gut machen.

Professionell geführtes, modernes neues Hotel in wertigen Materialien gebaut, mit grosser Umgebung. Wir waren in einer Suite im Haupthaus. Gelebte, zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft, diskretes und doch sehr präsentes Servicepersonal mit Chef. Küche gut bis sehr gut. Etwas unverständlich das externe, zu kalte und glitschige Naturbad, bzw. kein geheiztes Aussenpool, oder in Verbindung mit dem Innenbad. Ich denke in der Zwischensaison ist die angenehmste Zeit in diesem Haus und man hat genügend Zeit für die Gäste.

Wir waren seit längerer Zeit wieder einmal im Valbella Resort. Die Zimmer sind nach dem Umbau schlicht sensationell. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite 304. Einfach nur genial. Wir haben die 4 Tage mehr als genossen. Der ganze Umbau hat zu einem enormen Mehrwert geführt. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Auch das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war hervorragend. Die Auswahl war sehr gross. Das ganze Personal, angefangen über die Rezeption, über den Service, bis hin zum Zimmermädchen, alle waren sehr freundlich, kompetent und machten einen super Job. Bei einem solchen Hotel in der Schweiz muss man nicht mehr ins Ausland ausweichen. Vielen herzlichen Dank, auch der Familie Vogt für die tolle Zeit im Valbella Resort. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Super Service - super Klima Reservierung. Zackzack. Schnelle Antwort, freundlich. Unkompliziert. Sehr guter erster Eindruck Anreise: top Rezeption, immer zuvorkommende, viele freundliche Leute. Keinerlei Überheblichkeit und Arroganz. Große Hilfsbereitschaft. Zweiter super Eindruck. Zimmer: konnte am Anreisetag schon um 8:00 Uhr bezogen werden. Klar, das ist nicht immer möglich aber trotzdem gut. Dritter Eindruck spitze. Klima: nein, nicht das Klima in Lenzerheide oder das Alpen Wetter- das Klima im gesamten Hotel ist super. Ein perfekter Service, eine große Herzlichkeit, eine große, echte Freundlichkeit. Viele sehr sehr gute und sehr gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter. Frühstück/Essen: super. Frisches Landbrot, buffet wird immer nachgelegt, nichts abgegrast, super schneller Service, sehr guter Kaffee, warum bekommen andere das nicht hin? Service: wahnsinnig gut. Selten, auch in Sterbegastronomie sowas erlebt. Schnell, engagiert, herzlich, ohne Allüren. Toll! Bikekeller: riesig. Überall Steckdosen, mit Codekarte gesichert. Top. Wellness super, Schwimmbad super, Fitness okay (Geräte wären gut) aber alles da. Alles perfekt gepflegt. Führung: Chef zeigt sich und bückt sich nach Müll- das finde ich vorbildlich/Front Office Chefin kennt die Namen fast aller Gäste. Sensationell. Nichts auszusetzen. Perfekt. Meine größte Anerkennung.

Sehr tolles Familienhotel. Top Service und Gastfreundschaft. Sehr gepflegte Atmosphäre und hervorragende Küche. Poolbereich ist unterteilt zwischen Kinderbereich und Erwachsenenbereich. Der neue Aussenpool ist top für eine Abkühlung nach einer Wanderung oder einer Biketour.

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich beim gesamten Team für unseren ganz wundervollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Das Resort ist einfach perfekt, so sorgfältig und liebevoll gestaltet, das Frühstück voller so frischen und guten Produkten einfach ein Genuss! Wir kennen kein Hotel mit freundlicheren Mitarbeitenden, so macht es einfach viel Freude! Ganz besonders Roberto vom Restaurant und all die ganz lieben Damen des Front Office. Unsere Valbella Resort Karriere hat früh gestartet ;) und wir werden immer wieder kommen - mit grösser werdender Familie! Vielen lieben Dank

Hotel average, Italian staff very friendly, Swiss staff very impolite. Our room was not in the main building so every time we had to put jackets and hats on. Pool ok but no water/tea stations available. SPA far from the main bulging and not so nice (narrow and on different floors), if you walk from the lobby or swimming pool area with your robe to the SPA you will probably catch a cold. Food ok but not so big portions. Kids club with only few activities planned, so more of a supervised play room. Slippers in the room not available, you have to bring your own. Place is great if you ski, otherwise is very average

Toller Ort für Familienferien. Die Kinder haben ein super Angebot und die Eltern können bspw. im SPA Bereich die Zeit geniessen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war für die ganze Familie toll.

I cannot fault this Hotel. The food is fantastic. The cocktails are fantastic. The service is fantastic. The management got everything right here so a big Kudos to the whole team! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved going for a cocktail and then for dinner with our daughter every evening. For a two year old the play area is also a wonderland and the child carers were always super helpful and trustworthy. A super hotel overall.
