UNDER-STAFFED HOTEL Front Desk personnel were super friendly and repeated "IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM OR CONCERN, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US. IT WILL BE OUR PLEASURE TO ASSIST YOU." I reached out for noisy nights that kept me awake 2 WHOLE NIGHTS/WEEK during my long stay and they always smiled and DID NOTHING TO HELP. I realized they were nothing but lying hypocrites and always pasted BIG SMILES on their faces just to look good. The Front Desk Supervisor Emmanuelle is a 20-year old, much too young, power-tripping juvenile and therefore much too easily influenced by her Higher Uppers, all unconcerned with Customer Satisfaction and CUSTOMER RESPECT because this outfit is RUN by NOTHING OTHER THAN ARROGANT oppressive CONTROL-FREAK self-serving SHOW-OFFS. ME MYSELF AND I Hotel Managers and employees who are worked TOO HARD, who are too afraid to say or do anything to help (or are reprimanded if they are seen exchanging a few words with the clients. All they do is but punch the clock, in and out to work. TOTALLY STIFLED UNHAPPY ATMOSPHERE AT THIS HOTEL. Horrible work environment.
