Really enjoyed the property and area of Presles. Easy train ride into Paris. Mr.Bruno and his wife were excellent hosts. They were kind, generous, easy going, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

The host was fantastic and was there to open the gate and get us settled. Breakfast was included and was a wonderful French breakfast with breads, jams, coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed meeting Bruno and would definitely stay there again.

The location is rather more suburban than we expected: essentially two cottage/outbuildings in a long garden with more rooms in the main house. But it was the fewest number of steps from bed to swimming pool of anywhere we can recall staying… Our apartment was cute and well-equipped with good plumbing/WiFi and an outdoor dining area where breakfast - brought on a tray - can be taken. Good pastries and bread and Madame’s homemade mirabelle plum jam plus freshly squeezed orange juice make this a real pleasure. Bruno, who’s the boss, is very welcoming and helpful and has fluent English and a very friendly dog. An ideal stop en route to/from the Chunnel: 2 1/2 hours drive away.

Absolutely amazing stay
Bruno and Sophie were just amazing hosts. We had the 2 bed family suite which is the entire upstairs. Our 3 children and us absolutely loved our stay here and were comfortable and made at ease by the hosts. The French breakfast served each morning was delicious and again I cannot fault the hospitality. Bruno and Sophie were attentive, there when needed but also gave us plenty of space to enjoy by ourselves. Would 100% recommend. The location is also fantastic if you are looking to visit Paris but don’t want to stay in the city. The accommodation is a few minutes from a train station that is 30 minutes by train into Gare du Nord.

My girlfriend, myself and our two children of nearly five and seven spent one night in Ambition Zen on our way home after a holiday in the Loire valley. The establishment is conveniently located in a quiet village, offering both silence at night and easy access to the highway. We could park our car safely in the secluded driveway. The rooms (two bedrooms with double beds, a sofa area and a bathroom) were spacious and clean. There were games and bricks for the children to play. We enjoyed the privacy of the upper floor of the house. Breakfast was french with croissants, baguette, yoghurt and jam. What made our short stay stand out was the sincere hospitality of the couple running the bed & breakfast. We arrived late due to traffic jams in Paris but they didn't mind and even inquired if the children had already eaten. They came out in the rain to offer help with our luggage and took their time to show us around and inform us about the touristic highlights of the area. You can tell they really care for their guests and want them to feel at home and have a good time. We therefore most warmly recommend Ambition Zen and will certainly book again if we need accomodation in the region.
