Disappointed. GM hosted a rooftop party right outside our balcony that caused the pool/spa to be closed most of the afternoon and evening, The party left us unable to enjoy the upgraded Mountain View patio we had due to excessive people and loud music. Noise from the loud music and guest caused us to leave our room at 6pm, only to return to louder music after 9:00pm. Evening staff tried to help us but rendered helpless given their GM’s involvement in the event. I travel a lot, Hampton Inn is more accommodating for 1/3 the price.

Beautiful, Intimate Hotel in the heart of Vail Village. Great location, fantastic accommodations and best location in Vail Village. Boutique hotel experience provides for superior personalized experience.

Amazing boutique hotel in Vail village. Hotel consists of 35 rooms. The service we experienced was impeccable! The rooms are comfortable, a balcony that is along the gore creek is absolutely stunning. We stayed in room 212 which had two queen beds with a bunk bed above each bed. It was perfect for our family!! The room had easy access to the stairs and amazing rooftop pool and hot tub. We walked every evening to dinner eating at tasty restaurants close to the hotel. The breakfast was such a treat every morning with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal and hard boiled eggs. The staff was very accommodating Shane and Marcuis went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel is located close to all the fun events in the village including the great farmers market in the summer!

This was the best hotel super friendly no complaints, great creekside location! Excellent food! Beautiful views super nice rooms and location good staff and clean facility roof top hot tub and great cookies! Will be back again nice village absolutely love it's exactly what we want

Beds were comfortable and service was excellent. The skiing and boarding was fast and well organized. I would highly recommend you stay if you ever have an opportunity. The view of the Rockies was exquisite. Thanks for the great stay. And I'll definitely recommend.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel twice and have made the best memories. From check in with Daniel to Luis offering the best service throughout our stay, we couldn’t have had a more tremendous experience. The rooms are beautifully renovated. The views from the patio overlooking the creek. And the amazing sounds of nature truly stand alone amongst other locations in the area. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi is a great benefit to a small boutique hotel. Thank you so much for an amazing anniversary weekend! We can’t wait to come back and are already planning our next visit.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and lobby! Perfect location to all the shops and restaurants! Enjoyed watching the stream from our balcony....will be back! We loved the changing quote / joke in the lobby!! Family had fun figuring out the riddles in town too :)

Perfect location in the heart of Vail Village with a well appointed room and friendly, helpful staff. It had everything we needed and special extras like the in-room Lavazza expresso machine. Best continental breakfast ever. We look forward to future visits!

I was blown away by the improvements the new owner has made to this gem in the center of it all in Vail Village! They clearly spared no expense on their renovations. Service was spot on and had I not been going to the pool without a shirt, I would have had a couple of the cookies in the new lobby.
