差評給到hot tub，一開始水是温的，但不燙，達不到hot tub的温度，裡邊泡着的遊客説已經叫工人修了，我和孩子進去幾分鐘之後開始感覺有微微熱水注入，過了10分鐘左右，水比一開始熱了一點點，但突然開始注入大股大股冷水，水池迅速變涼，我們趕緊走了。第二天早起我和孩子兩個人都感冒了。

Great experience, the ambiance, staff, food did not disappoint . The changing of the leaves was gorgeous and watching juvenile fox play outside my window was an added experience I was not expecting.

We loved our trip to Vail and our stay at the Grand Hyatt Vail! From the front desk to the valets, everyone we encountered greeted us with a smile and excellent customer service. The hotel is beautiful. It is situated on a creek, with the pool and hot tub overlooking the scenery. There is a walking path along the creek for hiking or biking. The rooms are very clean and beautifully appointed. There is transportation provided by the hotel into nearby, gorgeous Vail Village. We enjoyed our dining experience at the hotel and found lots of restaurant options in the nearby village too. The hotel is located within an hour or so of mountain towns and attractions, such as the Georgetown Loop Railroad, mountain gondola rides and Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time on day trips during our stay, and a relaxing experience at the Grand Hyatt.

This hotel was amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. They upgraded my room at no charge, last minute. The room was luxurious and the location was absolutely beautiful. 10 out of 10.

We drive up from Grand Junction to Vail multiple times per year because of the epic pass and grand Hyatt Vale is one of our favorite locations to stay. Early season, the chairlift wasn't running and all the snow was way up on top of the mountain, but the location for us coming from the west is perfect and the recent iterations and improve improvements To an amazing facility, you have only increased our desire to go back.

Beautiful and modern hotel with large and clean rooms. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff. The nightly s'mores cart was a hit with my kids

Terrible food at gessner. Prepacked meat for the sandwich, Awful pasta. Not Worth 92 dollars. Also 62 dollars To valet per day. Over 180 dollars just to park for a 3 day conference. Ridiculous
