We love Eagle Point in Vail! It is convent to the slopes via a shuttle, which drops you off in Lionshead. The accommodations are clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The two hot tubs and heated outdoor pool are relaxing after a long day skiing. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist you is whatever you would need. The price is affordable for Vail.

Room was outdated. The room had a really strong mildew smell. The water had a mildew smell and taste to it as well. You had to run it for a bit to clear it out in order to get a drink of water. There was construction on a new building going on just outside the bedroom window. The staff at the front desk was horrible. The first night I got there, no welcome in, nothing, it was like why are you bothering me. Non inviting, no customer service skills at all, and when you ask a question you get talked down to. Norman I think was the second person I talked to and he was very rude and no help as well. For the money not a good stay.

Priceline described this hotel as a 4 star property with glowingly positive reviews. I would give it a 2 star rating tops. Staff was gruff, the hotel is very run down, uneven floors, smelly rooms with no ventilation, disgusting stained furniture and floors, and no maid service. The view from the front window was a brick wall. I almost fell out of the bathtub because it was not level. I've learned my lesson not to trust the reviews on priceline and to utilize trip advisor for objective reviews. I agree wholeheartedly with one of the reviewers here indicating that this hotel is not in keeping with the many beautiful places in Vail and the only reasonable resolution would be to level it and start over. Don't spoil your trip at this place.

Awesome place to stay when skiing Vail. The rooms are very neat and clean and well furnished. There are 2 hot tubs and an indoor outdoor pool. We have stayed here for the past 20 years on our annual family ski trip. There is also a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to take you and pick you up from Lions Head area.

I spent 4 nights at Eagle Point in mid-May and was amazed as to the upgrades they've done to the condos and lobby. They now have 55"-65" HD TV's in the living rooms and 43" - 55" TV's in the bedrooms along with a cloud DVR that allows you to record your favorite programs and play them you get back in. The sleeper sofas and and chairs in the living room appear to be new and a big upgrade from what they used to have. It was nice to have the fully equipped kitchen and I used the indoor hot tub most evenings. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Derek. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back.

We loved it SO much & didnt want to leave. Beautiful, Clean, nice rooms, beautiful pool area & hot tubs, beautiful surroundings. Loved the wooden stairways & decks. Just perfect! We will be back for sure!!!!

Excellent service, with kind, friendly, wonderful staff. They were very accommodating and helpful in a variety of contexts. We made a mistake on check-in paperwork - no problem, they corrected it for us in minutes after we noticed. Our car battery died, and they jumped us twice and helped us get to a reliable local mechanic.
The rooms are huge, spacious and well laid out. It can be hard to tell from photos, but the bedroom is actually a proper room, separate from the living room, and the kitchen is medium sized. Not huge, but bigger than I had expected. They have both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, both kept very hot, which we liked.
