Priceline described this hotel as a 4 star property with glowingly positive reviews. I would give it a 2 star rating tops. Staff was gruff, the hotel is very run down, uneven floors, smelly rooms with no ventilation, disgusting stained furniture and floors, and no maid service. The view from the front window was a brick wall. I almost fell out of the bathtub because it was not level. I've learned my lesson not to trust the reviews on priceline and to utilize trip advisor for objective reviews. I agree wholeheartedly with one of the reviewers here indicating that this hotel is not in keeping with the many beautiful places in Vail and the only reasonable resolution would be to level it and start over. Don't spoil your trip at this place.

Awesome place to stay when skiing Vail. The rooms are very neat and clean and well furnished. There are 2 hot tubs and an indoor outdoor pool. We have stayed here for the past 20 years on our annual family ski trip. There is also a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes to take you and pick you up from Lions Head area.

I spent 4 nights at Eagle Point in mid-May and was amazed as to the upgrades they've done to the condos and lobby. They now have 55"-65" HD TV's in the living rooms and 43" - 55" TV's in the bedrooms along with a cloud DVR that allows you to record your favorite programs and play them you get back in. The sleeper sofas and and chairs in the living room appear to be new and a big upgrade from what they used to have. It was nice to have the fully equipped kitchen and I used the indoor hot tub most evenings. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Derek. I was pleasantly surprised and will be back.

We almost always stay here when skiing at Vail. It is nice, affordable, and the shuttle makes it convenient.

The location for the money is good, 5 minute shuttle to Lionshead, some member of the staff are awful..

The resort is in excellent shape, our condo was well equipped and the staff was friendly. Transportation to and from ski lifts was great! Free parking was available. The resort has recently installed large flat screen TVs and new appliances in the kitchen.

We were very impressed with the resort manager, Derek Kopunec and his team at Eagle Point. I just spent two weeks in Vail and had an amazing time! Derek is working extremely hard to organize and upgrade this resort to top notch status. Eagle Point is SUCH a GEM!
