SaiRam We stayed at Taj Vivanta Vadodara from 21 to 25 Jan’25. And, we must say, as is the city, the city of abundance in Art, Culture, Heritage & rich Foliage, same is TajVivanta Vadodara where you do feel that Heritage is preserved & richness is felt in Tajness. Hotel is nice, cosy & luxurious. Staff is welcoming, loving & a personification of Tajness. Prashant ji, House Keeping Head, truly is the best House Keeping Head we came across. Not just ensuring that we are entrusted with best of the rooms, based on few requests related to my Mother, but also ensuring that he checks on us daily about our well-being & asking if anything more he can do for our comfort. Prashant ji, your goodness & humbleness combined with Tajness sets you apart! Grateful to you for making our trip most comforting, most memorable & more importantly making us visit again! Grateful to Frontoffice Team for allotting us superbly comfortable rooms. Ashish ji, we truly loved your kind gesture to provide us accommodation on newly refurbished floor. Ashish ji eased us out by responding to all our queries about transit from Railway station to the Hotel. Thanks alot Ashish ji. Thanks to Priyanka as well. The most wonderful F&B Team can be easily called the Mynt Team of Vivanta Vadodara. They work so so harmoniously, with vast experience & always being a step ahead in comforting & serving us. We are grateful to Hiren bhai, who again is a veteran & still is so swift in his work, with an eye on every guest as to how best can they be served. Also, exactly same with Sujit & Sunil bhai, both very welcoming & always kept walking by our side at buffet to check whether they can get us even more hot, direct from Kitchen to our table. Thanks to Palak, who again at all times without fail brought in small pillow to be kept at the back of Mummy’s chair. Utpal & Riya both were at their best, serving us with smiles & knowing our likes & taste thereby bringing dishes on our table swiftly. Neelima ji again a veteran was amazing. And, like everyone as mentioned above, our go to guy was Ramesh. He has been one of the best FnB personnel we came across. Ramesh served us on all days by giving us utmost priority & remembering our choice of coffee/tea, the kind of taste & how hot we would want to have it. Ramesh daily without fail brought us exactly the same way. And, all of the above was only possible due to the scrumptious food prepared by superb Chefs here. The food here is different. It has all the local flavours including all amazing cuisines they readied for buffet. Food was always hot, fresh & supremely tasty. We can easily say, not a single dish in buffet can be called not so tasty. All food preparations at all times were superbly tasty, which can be called rare. And this was achieved by all amazing Chefs. Our favourite being Chef Tanaji, who brought in his decades of experience, and ensured that he serves best meal at all times, as per guest choice.
