We stayed in the hotel for a week when our family was getting married. The food was great and so was the service from Deepak. We're from the UK and had no problems eating at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel also offered great recommendations for things to do in the local area.

Excellent keep it it was amazing experience with the hotel and staff and service the staff was very nice and the service was also very good the perfect hotel ambiance is really beautiful the room very specious nit and clean great location swimming pool is good and clean Mr. Nilesh is very good trainer and very humble person they helped in exercise and explained how to do right exercise thank you grand mercure surya place thank you nilesh gym trainer

Keep it up.. cake shop Mohit is very cooperative and wonderful help everytime.. His guidance is also always helpful. Need more varities of tea time cakes And hampers that you can provide. It will helpful for celebration and gifting. People would love it.

The staff was very nice and the service was also very good and nice the food at the hotel was so testy and delicious 🤤 yummy and mouthwatering and the breakfast was also nice and good the breakfast was also very tasty 😋 and yummy and the service of the car's of the hotel was also very good and the staff was very nice and good 👍

Do no plan to return
The hotel facilities are good, place is clean and safe. I had a really bad experience mainly with front desk people both in checkin and checkout.
When I arrived, after a long flight the men in front desk made a lot of difficulties to release the room because I had no visa. The situation is, that I do not need a visa due the type of passport I have. I showed the Indian embassy webpage, but they were not able to understand and cooperate. I even showed the customs stamp on my passport showing I regularly entry the country. They simple did not want to understand.
They refuse to release the room, but charged my debit
card. After long discussion I could check-in. They void the charge in my card, but until now the amount does not appear in my balance.
On checkout there was more confusion related to billing.
There was a wedding at the hotel, so it was noisy, the sound isolation is not so good. You can hear the musicthe voices on corridor.
Summarizing, do not intend to return to this place they seems not to know what they are doing there.
