Zeer centraal in oude stad, ligging kan niet beter. Wij hadden geen plaats voor de wagen, dus op zoek en wat verderop gevonden. Voor grote wagen en slechte chauffeur (ik heb het en ik ben het ) is het aan het hotel en de buurt ervan geen cadeau... Zeer vriendelijk én professioneel onthaal, echt opvallend ! Kamer proper, uitstekende WIFI , werkende kluis, ijskastje, koffiemachine (met een vreemd soort capsules... ). Laminaat op de vloer. Zeer goede en plezante douche . Kamer én badkamer klein, te klein eigenlijk. We hadden wel gekozen voor een van de goedkoopste kamers, een evt volgende keer zou ik grotere kamer boeken. De airco (er was hittegolf) werkte goed maar maakte veel lawaai, er leek wel een motorbende rondjes te draaien rond ons bed... Het ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd, geen buffet dus. Keuze was al bij al beperkt maar kwaliteit wel ok. De prijs voor de kamer vond ik te hoog. 's Avonds uitstekend en relatief goedkoop gegeten op terras , is echt aanrader .

Tolle Lage mitten in Uzerche. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Gemütliches Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Wunderbares Frühstück (hier bedient der Chef noch selbst). Wir kommen gern wieder.

Cet hôtel a tout d’un établissement de charme : une façade sur le vieil Uzerche, l’autre qui surplombe la Vézère. Superbe aménagement d’une bâtisse centenaire. Chambres très confortables et je n’en ai compté que 8 ! Sauna dans les combles très agréable. Très très belle étape en « décrochant » à peine de l’A 20 !

Excellent hotel and restaurant with helpful, friendly service. We stayed one night to break a journey through France, having dinner and breakfast. Lots of special touches in the room: powerful shower, fluffy robes, heated bathroom mirror. Cooked to order bacon and eggs for breakfast was the cherry on the top of the cake. We will return.

I would give this hotel 7 stars out of 5. Thierry did a fantastic job of ensuring that we were well taken care of. The hotel itself is immaculate, the service was second to none and the breakfast was superb.

Outstanding Hotel in a Medieval Village
Hotel Joyet de Maubec is a treasure! The property is breathtaking, the rooms are well-appointed, the views are stunning, and the staff is kind and accommodating. I was fortunate to have an incredible dinner in the on-property restaurant. The entire visit was impeccable and I only wish I could have stayed longer.
