"The room wasn't large, but it was fairly clean. A simple breakfast was included, and the staff were friendly. It's a transit point for travelers heading to the Uyuni Salt Flats, attracting backpackers from all over the world. Overall, it was a good experience."

"You get what a basic hotel offers, but that's because the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is generally clean, with some sand in it because its in the desert. Also the toilet is outside of your room. Otherwise, the hotel is just fine for travellers who don't need a presidential suite."

"I was there for 1 night and we had very very bad experience. 1)when we arrive room was not what trip.com showed!!!!! ( it’s misleading and bad for you guys) 2)in the morning I was late for airport due to he only had Very Very I mean very HOT water and no cold or mix water at all, so I had to clean my self with WET TOWEL & my wife didn’t take Shawer due to Hot water was extremely HoT😡😡😡😡 We are very very very upset & I want 100% full refund or I will not work will Trip.com any longer. As you can see we travel 160 days out of 365 days a year so look after this case immediately. Waiting for my refund 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thanks Hiru Parsram"

"This was a new hotel that had not been open long when we visited. Rooms were decorated tastefully with ample space for a small seating area. There was no TV, but we wouldn't have watched it anyway. Bathroom was a good size with large fitted walk in shower. The only isue here was that the shower door knob was hard to get at due to the internal fittings for the shower. Tea/coffee available in the room, with good wifi signal but unfortunatley no safe in room. No lift to first floor, but reception kindly carried our bags up for us. Reception in main restaurant/bar area, spoke reasonable English. Prices in US dollars. Did not do wine by the glass, just full or half bottles, not an issue to us, but a single traveller may only require a glass. Maybe something for management to think about? Food service was very slow, but the staff were new and very willing so this made up for it. When it arrived the meal was exceptional, one of the outstanding ones of our tour. We had Crusted Trout and Blade of Beef. The one let down was the vegetables were undercooked and cold which rather spoilt the experience. The strawberry cheescake served as afters was exceptional. Breakfast was buffet style, with the offer of eggs cooked to order. Two helpful young ladies were on hand to assist with the coffee machine and any other matters arising. Overall an extremely pleasant stay and a promising start for the hotel, with willing staff, lovely food and great decor. We wish you all well for the future."

"The room, bed, and bathroom were clean. Since the room was on the top floor, it was a bit of a climb, but it was very quiet. On the last day, I had an early flight, so I asked if I could have breakfast earlier, and they kindly accepted. Thank you very much."
