Really lovely guest house and Rebecca and David were amazing. Breakfast was perfect. We stayed in the apartment and the facilities were great. Ideal for the local parkrun at Bramshill and a day out at alton towers.

I had a really nice stay. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was phenomenal. I will definitely stay at the Olive Tree again.

Really disappointed with this place. Made me realise why I shouldn’t veer from premier inn and travelodges. Cons first Really cold. Heating from radiator was just Luke warm at best . They did provide an electric heater but didn’t help much . Water left in kettle which when boiled leaked whilst pouring everywhere. No tea bags offered . Just coffee and milk . My husband hates coffee so lucky I always bring tea bags . Breakfast limited slot 7.30-9. I’ve never been anywhere that does such a limited timeframe for breakfast, 10/11 usually. Checkout was my main issue. 10am which is fine but always have the choice of late checkout. Not here . We actually only stayed the night and ended up booking into the premiere inn. We work hard all week and wanted to let loose at the races. So didn’t want to be up and dragged out early for a long drive back to Manchester. Last issue was water in kitchen and bathroom took forever to warm up Pros Fridge was helpful Plenty of storage. This place may suit some people I’m sure, just not for us unfortunately. Definitely wouldn’t stay again
