Very cold room, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, no water at the face basin, persons smoking and making noises, banging on the door nearby. It was a nightmare.
No sign to assist you, directions on google maps was difficult to find...the operators have no manners.... just terrible. We left before the agreed time.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT PICTURES 😵
Even if your looking for a cheap option near the airport DO NOT BOOK HERE, spend the extra £10 and stay at an hotel. Now for the cleanliness. 0/10 this was actually.an helath hazard the bedsheet jad been changed besides that the room hasnt been cleaned for at least 20 years. Id rate it 0 stars if possible, I slept in my clothes on top of a coat. Absolutely Horrid. The pictures are a far far cry from the reality.

I booked a guest room but after arriving at the property an hour and a half later, the contact number I was given is turned off, and there is no one around. I’m stranded on the road at midnight.

Do not book
Nobody there, nobody when we called!. We tried contacting them and when we arrived nobody was there. We never Got in. The taxidriften stayed and drove us to another hotel. He had experienced that with other guests as well. Will NOT recommend this. Do not book!

I could not get into this property and was left out on the street. No answer from number given. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. They won’t give me a refund either and are non responsive

This is self check in place and I didn’t know that as on my email about check in details it was answered with guess house names. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…
