So let me start by saying it was my first solo trip. With this hotel I had a good assistant ***** with booking, eating, arranging daily transport, fulfilling my desires to go and visit certain things. I would like to mention a couple of people who were on a daily basis very helpful for their services. Isha who works at the reception was very approachable, always ready to help with a smile and would always guide me to the right places. For example I was looking for ayurvedic massage for my shoulder injury she took the initiative to ring few places and got me to the right person who did my treatment accordingly to the plan. Thank you so much. A blessing for the hotel to have such a loyal sincere working assistant. Then in the morning Vikram at the breakfast was always willing to help with a smile with my food order meeting all the expectations. I asked him are the juice is made of fresh tap water as it's not safe for foreign people to drink, he said let me find out, straightaway found out and put me at ease to say it's safe for me to consume it. Such a pleasure to see so much dedication. Overall all the staff were very helpful. Please treasure these people it is difficult to find sincere staff these days

The staff here are very helpful and we had the most wonderful experience with the pool views and a short stroll to the beach. The food was really good. They serve goan delicacies. There were many activities to just relax like the numerous massages available in the spa.

Give food to kittens also, other then very nice stay Also catering service by , vikram and mohit were very nice and politefull they helped us a lot during our buffet meals , please give them a raise and praise, Lastly , room cleaning by , Anthony was so much refreshing and clean, that made our stay more comfortable and cosy for both of us. The best food we have had of our life by Chef Sam. He is the heart of Royal Orchid. The best food anyone could ever make. Chef Sam is very kind and helpful in suggesting. All the staff are amazing. Mind blowing service. Chef Sam I am coming back soon as I can't stay without your food

Had a lovely stay here. Service is quick. Staff is very helpful. I. Restaurant food is good and staff is always ready to help especially Mohit and Sam were really helpful. Would like to visit again. Itsa nice cosy place. MY son also loved the place. Next time we will come here for more days. Thank you

I recently visited the Royal Orchid property, and from the moment I arrived, everything felt special. At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Fransquinha at the front desk. She went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us, as my wife is six months pregnant. Her care and attention lasted throughout our stay until the time we checked out. During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sam, Manager Ashish, and their wonderful team – Mohit, Jolivon, and Jonathan. They were all exceptionally professional and dedicated to providing the best service. Chef Sam and Ashish suggested some amazing food combinations that we absolutely loved. I highly recommend choosing the full board option when booking – the food is a must-try. One of the most memorable experiences was enjoying breakfast with traditional music playing in the background – it felt truly magical and peaceful. Room service, the swimming pool, and other amenities were impressively quick and efficient. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are slightly small, but the aesthetics are stunning, with thoughtful detailing and beautiful design throughout.

Hotel ambience is very good for kids and family. Hotel is located next to the beach which will give peaceful environment for the people who love nature. Swimming pool is also good for the kids. Rooms are very neat and clean. Location is outside Goa which is near to the nature.
