This is a nice small 2 bedroom cabin in Utopia. It is tucked away on County Road 355. It is just a half of a mile from main street Utopia. The Sabinal River runs though Utopia. So you can enjoy the Utopia Park Lake that has a dam with plenty of water to swim in and fish year round. Utopia is also 15 minutes from Garner state park and the Frio river. It is also just a 15 minute drive to Lost maples State park in Vanderpool. Utopia Getaway
Spent the long 4th of July weekend with friends in a quite spot in Utopia. Great location to take trips through the hill country. Nice well equipped cabin. We saw deer each morning along with the local goats, golden retrievers, and farm cats. Great place to spend a few days with friends or family.

Cute little cabin! You are on the same property as the home owners, and their house is kinda visible, but definitely in its own area.
Two entrances to the cabin, one is a access to the house and the next one is a entrance closer to the cabin, which should be marked.
The owners have animals, and I was highly disappointed the dogs left the cabin to go say hi to them when they got home. When we rent the cabin, I expect the welcoming committee 😂 maybe frame some pictures of the animals with their names for the cabin? Definitely a fun time! Great included grill, natural fire pit and deck.
