Base Camp is heaven on the beach. It is located within the Marine Conservation Park. One of its greatest assets is the eco-friendly water purifier that allowed me to refill my water bottle instead of continually buying plastic. The resort also purchases all local products and the table wear is made of recycled wine bottles (so very clever). After long afternoons at the beach and fishing, our rooms were a haven of comfort. The staff exudes the island vibe and was always ready to help in any way. As they say, "Come as a guest. Leave as family." Martha and her staff are now part of our extended family!

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Mafia Island/Base Camp en heel relaxed duiken bij Big Blue Diving. Heel behulpzame medewerkers, geen moeite is hun teveel. Veel dank naar Amira. Elk avondeten was aangename verrassing en slapen op heerlijk groot bed om in verder weg te dromen. Gezien dat schildpadjes uitkwamen en hun race naar de oceaan, schitterend.

Alles was top top in orde, personeel was erg vriendelijk. Goed en gevarieerd eten. Kamers waren in goede staat. Wifi verbinding was ook goed. Samenwerkingsverband met duikcentrum big blu was ook top geregeld. Kortom een hele fijne vakantie gehad.

Hôtel très agréable avec toutes les commodites, en bord de mer, piscine d’eau salée très sympa. La nourriture est variée et excellentes . Hôtel situé juste à côté de Mafia Island Diving. On a apprécié que l’hôtel s’adapte aux horaires des plongées.

Really recommend! Very nice staff and the grounds are truly paradise. The room is of high standard and the seaweed soap is amazing! Will definitely try to come back here! The staff was ready to accommodate our every need! The massage was really relaxing.

The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. The service was great, but the food could be better. The pool was okay but not very clean. With better food and cleanliness, it would be a great stay!…………………………… sante sana!!!!!!

This is a beautiful Hotel with a very helpful and professionell staff. Allways smiling and willing to help. The rooms are a romantic oasis located right next to the beach. Basecamp Hotel is perfectly situated if You want to go snorkling or scuba diving. Would definetly choose this Hotel again.
