Wonderful! Views are sublime. Great restaurant. Great service. Great amenities. They have full shuttle schedule to and from the center multiple times a day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends.

Отель невероятный красоты и дизайна, я даже не рассчитывала насколько он хорош, когда приехала. Максимальное соответствие картинки реальности. ОТель вызвал просто бурю положительных эмоций. Невероятно красивая территория, дизайн всех помещений, удобства на рецепции, в ресторане. Главнее всего невероятные виды на залив и горы. У меня миллион фотографий. Вкусная еда с ресторане, шикарное вино и пиво. Завтрак один из лучших в отелях АРгентины, где я побывала в эту поездку. Мне понравилась тишина в отеле, на территории. Можно совершать прогулки по берегу , по поселку с красивыми домами. Очень удобный шатл в город с максимально хорошим расписанием. Все сотрудники очень доброжелательные , вежливые и приятные. Шикарный спа-комплекс с джакузи с видом на залив.В комплексе предлагаются кресла , соки и вода. Моя максимальная рекомендация - данный отель.
Из минусов в этом отеле для меня - вода в бассейне и в джакузи сильно отработана хлором, у меня возникла аллергия, также сотрудник в отделе организации туров для гостей отнял у меня очень много времени с расспросами какая мне нужна поездка и в конечном итоге так ничего и не смог организовать, я сама легко приобрела тур в национальный парк в ближайшем киоске.

- O café da manhã é um dos melhores que já vi (inclusive com opções gluten free)
- Academia, sauna e piscina limpas e funcionais.
- O quarto é espaçoso e possui vista ou do lago ou das montanhas.

Five star resort with***** service, food and experience. My stay was excellent. The resort is beautifully appointed. Food is excellent. Staff are truly superb. It's service with a smile, and genuine. Nothing escapes an effort to assist and please guests. Breakfast includes a wide assortment of pastries cakes, breads. Fresh fruit. Coffee and teas. I did not order eggs, but I am reasonably certain it was available. Dinners were outstanding. Great hotel.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Located directly on Beagle Channel, the view each morning of the sunrise over patagonia and the Chilean landscape on the other side of the channel was other worldly. The staff was fabulous and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We came to Los Cauquenes for our honeymoon and we are absolutely thrilled. The hotel is stunning — from the facilities and rooms to the food and service, everything is truly top-notch. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up skipping many excursions because we didn’t want to leave! A special highlight is the outdoor balcony jacuzzis with breathtaking mountain views — pure bliss. The breakfast is extensive and of excellent quality, and the restaurant is fantastic, offering great options for vegetarians and vegans. The reception team, restaurant staff, spa personnel, housekeeping — everyone was incredibly attentive and kind. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for such a special trip. Thank you, Los Cauquenes and the entire staff, for making our honeymoon an unforgettable experience we’ll cherish forever.
