Urumqi Hotels with Airport pickup service

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

It was great to stay in this hotel when I came to Urumqi for business. The service attitude of the front desk was very good. When I was resting in the lobby bar, the waiter also enthusiastically poured me a cup of free black tea. It really felt like home. The room was large and super clean. It was very comfortable to stay. The hotel has a parking lot and gave us free parking. It was great [强][强]

The hotel is located in the center of Urumqi. The hotel lobby is spacious. The front desk check-in was very quick. They upgraded my room for free. When I checked out, Susan was very welcoming. I will choose Hilton Urumqi next time I travel.

While the Amenities at this hotel were quite good, the hotel is in quite poor condition and in need of a renovation. As you can see from the pictures below the chairs were scuffed, the ceiling was falling apart, and the furniture Did not meet expectations compared with what I paid for the room. The staff were helpful and accommodating I am location was quite convenient between the airport and train station. If this hotel is to continue to attract top clientele they should invest in sprucing up their rooms.

After returning from Altay during the Spring Festival, I stayed in Urumqi for one night and booked two rooms. We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

We checked in on January 28 (New Year's Eve). The reception service at the front desk was very considerate and warm, making us feel at home! The hotel upgraded our room for free, equipped with a large bathtub and a leisure area. The scenery outside the window was very beautiful. I was very happy to see the sunrise in the morning. On that day, they also gave us extra New Year fruits, and the service was warm and thoughtful. Because the soles of my shoes accidentally opened, I asked the customer service center if there was any sealing glue in case of backup. The unexpected surprise was that they also sent me shoe glue. I must give a thumbs up 👍 The swimming pool was also open to the public on New Year's Eve, and I enjoyed the warm pool swimming treatment. The gym is very professionally equipped. Due to time constraints, my family did not enjoy it, but I still have to give a thumbs up, it's really good!

The hotel lobby is elegant, the rooms are well cleaned, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Especially the young man working at the front desk on the evening of September 12, he was warm and friendly, and it was a feeling of being at home. I give him a 👍. The lobby manager and service staff are also very good, working conscientiously and responsibly, and providing the services that guests need in a timely and proactive manner. I hope they will continue to maintain this.

This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. Outside the hotel is a lovely communal area that's also very pleasant to sit in in the evening. Thank you Amy
