Just stayed at this new hotel and honestly, I was really impressed. The room I got had a balcony and it was super spacious – way bigger than I expected! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. Breakfast was good too – decent variety and everything tasted fresh. Plus, the location is perfect – close to pretty much everything you’d want to see or do. Definitely a great spot if you’re looking for something comfy and convenient.

New hotel, domestic third-tier city quasi-four-star standard, Chinese service, sanitary cleaning is flawed, Vietnamese are lazy. There are people in the surrounding area, and you can see the square dance opposite. Downstairs is the Hunan restaurant, the big screen KTV at night, all Chinese songs. The only terrible thing is the noise. The same building and surrounding new buildings are under construction. At 6 o'clock in the morning, I was awakened by the smashing of the steamed buns.

I just saw a friend leave a bad review, and it had the same experience as mine: 1. If you arrive early, you can't check in and have to wait until 2:00 PM. If you want to check in early, it's a 400 RMB fee. This is the hotel's policy, and since you've chosen to comply, there's nothing wrong with that. But what happened next was outrageous. 2. I wanted to extend my stay in my original room, and the front desk told me I could do it (there were rooms available online at the time). I assumed I didn't need to arrive too early. When I went to check in, they told me the on-site rate would increase by over 200 RMB, which I refused. I asked Ctrip for help, and Ctrip customer service was very attentive and tried to communicate with me for a long time, but the front desk said no, there were no rooms available. I had no choice but to move to another hotel, but an hour or two later, the same price and room type were available. What a scam! 3. The hotel's breakfast wasn't commensurate with the price. There are some good points, though; it's a new hotel, and the facilities are decent. I hope they can be more sincere and less tactical with Chinese customers.

Who knows, the hotel experience I stayed in this time was full! I must give a good review! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Hui, the front desk staff, greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly and considerately, and my good impression instantly exploded. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and tidy, and there is no odor in the bathroom. It is cleaned so meticulously that I feel super safe. The breakfast is even more surprising, with hot buns and fried dough sticks, exquisite bread salad, and freshly squeezed juice. The variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose, and every bite is super satisfying. This stay experience is full marks, and I will stay here next time I come here!

The beds are neatly arranged, the bedding is white and soft, and there is a faint fragrance that makes me sleep particularly at ease. The cleanliness of the bathroom is even more impeccable. The sink, toilet and shower area are wiped clean. The mirror is bright enough to clearly reflect the person. Even the corner can not see a little stain, which is enough to prove the hotel's care and professionalism in hygiene. Smiling service, feeling at home. The facilities in the room are all available and of excellent quality. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it seems to be gently wrapped up to allow me to enjoy a comfortable sleep!

The waiter can speak Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, and the breakfast is not bad. The towel is a bit old, feels black and a bit hard. The slippers are the kind that are clipped next to the big toe, which is uncomfortable to wear. I want to change to another slipper but I haven't found it yet.
