Excellent location for the Maybank cycling 140km event! Near start point. Also central to shops and restaurants. Supermarket nearby to buy groceries for early breakfast as they said breakfast serving only at 6.30am! Race starts at 7! Easy check out and they gave late check out when booked In advanced!

The staff that served me doesnt seem as friendly as what many commented in the forum. The checkin also slow but they increase the staff to 4 at the peak when many came to check in starting 2pm. The cafe that served breakfast is full house after 8am. And the staff are not attentive, not clear table on time. Many plates on the tables waiting to be cleared. Many people complaint no fork And spoon on their table. My son also cannot find the glass for drink because staff not take it refill it on time. Very Basic amenities nothing to be mentioned. The room facing the EDL is noisy. Need to improve the noise insulation.

It is located at a resindetial are so it's quiet. Few minutes walk to KSL city & resort. A lot nearby spa, salon and eating place. Very convenient. Hassle free check in & out process. Wide range selection on their buffet line for breakfast. Very affordable. Worth the price.

Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, from the bedding to the bathroom. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. **Location:** Very convenient! There’s a store nearby for daily needs, and in the evening, there’s a bazaar just at the back of the property – perfect for grabbing snacks or enjoying the local atmosphere. It’s also easy to get around from here, whether you’re heading into town or exploring nearby attractions. **Service:** The staff here truly made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Even the cleaners were approachable and easy to talk to, which gave the place a warm, welcoming vibe. **Amenities:** Trinidad Suites is well-equipped for both relaxation and longer stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck area, perfect for winding down after a day out. There’s also a gym for workouts and a kitchen area if you prefer preparing your own meals. First time staying with Hardrock Desaru. Everything was good from the car valet to check in, friendly staffs and cleanliness of the rooms. Only the foods we ordered for in room dining, all was TOO oily. I think they are overwhelmed with orders that day, as it was heavily raining and waiting time was about 45min to an hour. Breakfast was good too! Plus point : Waterpark entrance within the hotel.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak.

I had an excellent stay at R&F Princess Cove by FUJU! 🌟 The apartment was spotless and very well maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the start. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to CIQ, super convenient for getting in and out of Singapore. 🚗 The seaview from the unit was beautiful and really added to the overall experience. The host provided great service, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Amenities were complete and modern, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Free parking was also a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Great value, amazing location, and a very enjoyable stay!

We recently stayed at Lotus and booked a double-story room, which was spacious and well-equipped, though not luxurious. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and being on the fifth floor, we had to take the lift, which honestly felt quite old and a bit scary — it could use an upgrade. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which added a positive touch to our experience. At check-in, we had to pay a deposit of 100 ringgit in cash, so it’s good to be prepared for that. There are three or four restaurants on the property with nice menu options, but breakfast was quite chaotic. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for the large crowd, with long queues at the coffee and egg station, and very few available seats. It felt like a tour group had arrived, but no one was managing the situation, making breakfast quite stressful. On a brighter note, the swimming pools are nice, and there are plenty of family-friendly activities, making it a good choice for guests with children. The on-site shop is also convenient and well-stocked. Around the pool and by the shore, there are sun loungers available — they are simple rather than luxurious, but they do the job. Overall, Lotus offers good value, especially for families, but some areas — especially crowd management and certain facilities — could use improvement.

I’m back again and everything about the stay continues to impress me but one thing i would like to highlight is about the clothes hanger. I was given the same room that i previously stayed and noticed that 2 of the clothes hanger went missing instead of 4 🤔 I informed the hotel front receptionist to have the clothes hanger replaced. I was told no issues and will get the clothes hanger delivered to the room but from the day i checked in to the day i checked out nothing was done 😩Anyway i was happy staying in the Z hotel 😊

We booked at the very last minute yet the service rendered was commendable. The room was ready in top notch condition despite the last minute booking, spacious and perfect for our family of four. The amenities and breakfast spread was perfect. Will definitely return again!
