WWenjiejieenThe service here is incredibly thoughtful! The moment I arrived, the front desk immediately brought me a cup of hot, rich ginger tea. After drinking it, I felt warm from the inside out, and half of my fatigue from the long flight instantly melted away. When I returned to my room at night, I discovered the hotel had prepared foot bath water and disposable foot soak bags. The water temperature was just right, and sleeping after a foot soak was simply heavenly! These little touches of care are more moving than any luxurious facilities.
In a dry and cold place like Xinjiang, a cup of ginger tea and a foot bath truly make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Xinjiang!

HHuibaozhadedashaFacilities: The electric curtains were great, but the humidifier (it was broken and unusable) was useless since the room was cold. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the overall design was excellent!
Cleanliness: Very good, clean and hygienic. The sheets and blankets were new!
Environment: Very welcoming, located on a busy street, with cars coming and going all night!
Service: Okay! The breakfast was decent, though! Surprisingly, we slept through the lively atmosphere! 😁😁😁😁😁😁

The executive lounge itself boasts a sophisticated ambiance, primarily adorned in varying shades of green, subtly incorporating elements of Uyghur garden design. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, one can admire the beautiful blend of the Tianshan Mountains and the city skyline. Whether it's for an afternoon tea or an evening meal, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed and tranquil. The food quality is consistently excellent; the afternoon tea offers a delightful selection of savory and sweet treats, along with local specialty nuts and dried fruits. During happy hour, the hot dishes and exquisite desserts are thoughtfully prepared, and the beverage choices are extensive, including Evian mineral water, freshly ground coffee, and a variety of specialty teas. These details truly showcase the hotel's commitment to quality.
I particularly want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Russell Zhang. His service was absolutely impeccable, striking the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always attuned to guests' subtle needs. Each time I visited the lounge, he would proactively greet me, introduce the day's food and beverage recommendations, and answer my questions about local cuisine and travel routes with a natural and effortless demeanor. He was incredibly prompt in taking orders and refilling drinks, maintaining a meticulous and patient approach throughout. He even remembered my casually mentioned taste preferences for subsequent meals. Throughout my interactions, he remained consistently gentle and composed, demonstrating both professionalism and warmth, which added a significant sense of belonging and warmth to my trip.
Overall, the hotel's facilities, environment, and dining options are certainly befitting of the Conrad brand. However, Russell Zhang's dedicated service truly elevated this stay beyond expectations. I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi.

YYushengyoucha，shengmingyouqu！Everything was wonderful, it's just a shame we didn't have breakfast. That was a bit incomplete!
The airport shuttle service was great, especially perfect for us seniors.
The hygiene was clean and tidy, but the soundproofing wasn't very good. The smell of smoke from next door somehow wafted over.
The elegant public tea table, surprisingly, became a smoking spot for a few people! It felt a bit odd.

GGuest UserI’m very happy to choose this hotel, location is superb, grand bazaar is near and some other attractions too, staff is very cooperative and friendly, cosy and warm room but bathroom cleanliness needs to be addressed, there should be bathroom kit holder as well although kit was available but no place to put after using. Overall it’s a good choice. Highly recommended

AAlan013The room was modern and clean with a great bed. The hotel also offers washing and drying clothes next to the gym which are both open 24/7. For washing progress you can also watch the status on your tv in your room. Everything is great just the breakfast I wasn't as impressed.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The shower had great water pressure! The hair dryer has a large air volume! There is no laundry room and washing clothes by hand is a bit troublesome.
Hygiene: Very clean!
Environment: Located in a lively cultural and creative park, there are many restaurants and bars around. It is very lively and a bit noisy at night.
Service: The staff is a bit indifferent, I hope they can be more enthusiastic.
Parking is not free. I parked for probably less than 40 hours and was charged 56 yuan. There is not much grass around, so it is a bit difficult to walk the dog. I'm very happy to have such a pet-friendly B&B in the city center! Overall it's worth it!

AAboThis hotel, chosen after much deliberation and based on everyone's reviews on Ctrip, definitely didn't disappoint! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, living up to the hotel's name and giving you a true sense of coming home. Damon was particularly warm, thoughtful, and professional, even upgrading me to a room with a stunning view of Tianshan Mountain. He also recommended the hotel's hot pot, which had a great variety and tasted delicious! The room was well-equipped with all amenities. We initially only booked one night, but ended up extending our stay for another day. It was a truly memorable experience! If you're considering this hotel, you absolutely can't go wrong.

AAnonymous UserThis is my first time staying in this hotel. Although it is in the north of the city, the hotel's decoration is not inferior to hotels in the city center. The front desk service was very good when checking in, the introduction was very comprehensive and patient. The room was well soundproofed, and a fruit plate was given to us shortly after we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The lady on the floor greeted me with a smile. It can be seen that this hotel attaches great importance to service. Parking is free during the stay, and the basement is great! Recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good. Just opposite Wanda Plaza, there are many parking spaces downstairs. Parking is not expensive either. 1 yuan/hour at night. 2 yuan/hour during the day. There are many night markets opposite the hotel. Very convenient and the hygiene in the hotel is very good. The projection resolution is also very high, and the screen is very large. It's a private cinema. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduces us to what delicious food and fun things are nearby. Classic all around, very thoughtful. I lost my belongings at the high-speed rail station, and my boss personally drove me there. Call the police with me. Turn over monitoring. Find something. It took less than half an hour to find a very humane hotel. Highly recommended. Really good👍👍👍
