Returning from Altay. Transfer to Urumqi for a rest. I chose this hotel among many hotels. My girlfriend really has a good eye for talent. This hotel is really great! From the front desk to the guest room to the restaurant to the doorman, they are all very friendly, the service is meticulous, and they pay great attention to details, making people feel at home. After checking in, we stayed again and are still staying in the hotel now. We are ready to go home. I will give a great praise before leaving the hotel. This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

I chose Yilite Hotel for this business trip because it had just been renovated. The sanitation inside was really clean, and the service was also very good. What surprised me was that even if I arrived at the hotel at one o'clock in the middle of the night, there were staff members accompanying me from entering the hotel lobby to checking in and then to the door of the room. I also recommend everyone to have a buffet breakfast at his house. I remember room 4017, I turned on the air conditioner and waited for a long time but there was no response at all. It was very cold. Later, I reported to the front desk and she told me how to use it. I readjusted the air conditioner and waited. It was still very cold after 1 hour. Later I called the front desk again. She said to bring a heater to my room. It was still cold, so I went downstairs to tell the front desk. She said to change me to another room. The room on the 6th floor was quite warm, but the air conditioner on the 4th floor was broken. It was very cold in the room. I hope to check the air conditioners in each room in advance next time. It is really impossible to sleep in such cold weather in winter. I couldn't rest well after changing rooms and moving around in the middle of the night. Everything else was good. I would like to specially thank Miss Xie at the front desk. The problem of the room not being hot all night was too much trouble for her. The front desk lady deserves praise. Overall, the stay was pretty good. Just fix the air conditioner.

After parking, I walked to the lobby in the rain. It was too embarrassing. The key is that there are elderly people. It's unacceptable to get wet in the rain. I also reported this to the front desk lady on the same day and got a timely response. Early the next morning, the front desk handled the extension of stay. The lady said that the lobby manager happened to be there. After reacting, I talked to the lobby manager, but I was very disappointed. This fat male lobby manager was extremely arrogant and rude. He looked down on people and didn't care at all. In the end, I guess he was helpless and said thank you with his back teeth. Sure enough, the iron block blocking the road was not removed until check-out. Finally, the concierge of this hotel is useless. It rained on the first day and the car could not go up. They would have given me an umbrella. On the second day, I needed to move something from the car to the room and needed the concierge's cart. There was no one in the concierge department. I asked the front desk and was told that they were not working and would have to wait for ten minutes. I said I didn't need help and just needed to get off the car. They told me that I could push it myself. I pushed the cart to move things. When I came back, the concierge had already started working. I pushed a big cart by myself, and the concierge just watched. It would have been fine if they didn't help push it, but they didn't even help open the door. Finally, to sum up, the five-star facilities are put up by a makeshift team.

After a long day of driving, I arrived at midnight. As soon as I entered the room, I saw that the room was decorated very warmly, clean and hygienic, and it was equipped with a foot bath bucket. I was in a good mood instantly. Because I had to travel the next day, I needed to wash clothes in the middle of the night, so I called Xiao Zhang at the switchboard. Without saying a word, he helped me wash the clothes, dried them, and delivered them to the room. He also wiped my shoes and sent me a fruit plate. The service was really good, very heartwarming and thoughtful. It was a pity that I lay down without taking a picture of the bed because I was too tired. I will book this hotel when I come to Urumqi on business in the future. The scenery is good and the service is even better. I love it.
