GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out and user-friendly design evident everywhere. My only minor complaint was the somewhat loud air conditioning unit outside my room. I really appreciated the appropriately sized bathtub with its anti-slip design, as well as the practical amenities like the body scale and humidifier.

GGuest UserThe facilities were very clean, and the room was spacious with 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very comfortable. The entire room's smart system was extensive, and the service was thoughtful. It was a very pleasant trip. They also provided a double portion of breakfast, which was great. My friends and I had a fantastic time.

HHuibaozhadedashaFacilities: The electric curtains were great, but the humidifier (it was broken and unusable) was useless since the room was cold. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the overall design was excellent!
Cleanliness: Very good, clean and hygienic. The sheets and blankets were new!
Environment: Very welcoming, located on a busy street, with cars coming and going all night!
Service: Okay! The breakfast was decent, though! Surprisingly, we slept through the lively atmosphere! 😁😁😁😁😁😁

JJixiangtian1This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Martin at the front desk! We originally only booked one night. When checking in, Martin proactively added my wife's WeChat. Not only did he efficiently complete the check-in process, but he also thoughtfully shared incredibly practical local restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The places he suggested were fantastic in terms of taste and experience, which made us spontaneously decide to extend our stay for two more nights!
Throughout our stay, Martin maintained a professional yet enthusiastic service attitude. Every time we had an issue, he responded promptly, and his thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. This trip's experience was elevated to the fullest thanks to Martin's service. We will definitely prioritize staying here next time we visit Urumqi and will also recommend this hotel to our friends!

AAlan013The room was modern and clean with a great bed. The hotel also offers washing and drying clothes next to the gym which are both open 24/7. For washing progress you can also watch the status on your tv in your room. Everything is great just the breakfast I wasn't as impressed.

PPhamAnWe arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful.
For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport.
For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful.
For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost.
Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

GGuest UserApart from the Wi-Fi not working in the room if you don’t have a Chinese phone number, everything is great. The decoration is awesome and the hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from the bazaar. Very good restaurant in the other side of the street on a 2nd floor.

AAnonymous UserThis is my first time staying in this hotel. Although it is in the north of the city, the hotel's decoration is not inferior to hotels in the city center. The front desk service was very good when checking in, the introduction was very comprehensive and patient. The room was well soundproofed, and a fruit plate was given to us shortly after we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The lady on the floor greeted me with a smile. It can be seen that this hotel attaches great importance to service. Parking is free during the stay, and the basement is great! Recommend this hotel.
