CCYenFThe room size was adequate and quite spacious, providing a comfortable stay. It certainly did not feel small. One area for improvement is that Hilton Urumqi should inform guests in advance about the complimentary shuttle bus service to the city center. We only discovered its availability after noticing other guests taking the shuttle back to the hotel. Had we known earlier, it would have been very convenient and enhanced our overall experience.

The entire room's smart system was extensive, and the service was thoughtful. It was a very pleasant trip. They also provided a double portion of breakfast, which was great. My friends and I had a fantastic time.

BBz517I have to give the Hemei Hotel a full five stars! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to Urumqi South Station, and there are food courts and Wanda Plaza nearby, making travel and shopping a breeze. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water and 100-megabit fiber optic internet were fantastic. Free parking was also a big plus. The front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all super enthusiastic; they even brought me a fruit knife right away when I asked. The service was thoughtful and thorough, and the value for money is just unbeatable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

MMomoyouwenrenA very good B&B, the front desk guy and girl are very enthusiastic and handsome. The location is very good, right inside the Nanhu Magic World, surrounded by food, no need to worry about not having breakfast. It is very cold outside and the room is very warm, the heat is completely sufficient, and it is not cold to wear short sleeves in the room. The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively complete. Toiletries and snacks are provided attentively, and toiletries are replenished in time. I will stay here next time. It is a very good B&B.

PPSL0720Flying from Hong Kong to Urumqi, they allowed me to check in early, big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk! The hotel is quite close to the airport, and a taxi ride isn't expensive. You can even see snow-capped mountains from the hotel! Room service is available, and the food was decent. After using a coupon, the price was really good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Urumqi!

PPhamAnWe arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful. For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport. For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful. For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost. Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

SsunmanjbThe hotel's location is great, right next to Urumqi International Grand Bazaar, and there are lots of restaurants in the nearby Consular Lane. However, the hotel room is quite big, but the staff's service attitude and efficiency really need a lot of improvement. After checking in, the air conditioning wasn't working. The floor attendant didn't understand Mandarin, and even after calling the front desk multiple times, there was no response.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good. Just opposite Wanda Plaza, there are many parking spaces downstairs. Parking is not expensive either. 1 yuan/hour at night. 2 yuan/hour during the day. There are many night markets opposite the hotel. Very convenient and the hygiene in the hotel is very good. The projection resolution is also very high, and the screen is very large. It's a private cinema. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduces us to what delicious food and fun things are nearby. Classic all around, very thoughtful. I lost my belongings at the high-speed rail station, and my boss personally drove me there. Call the police with me. Turn over monitoring. Find something. It took less than half an hour to find a very humane hotel. Highly recommended. Really good👍👍👍
