We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

It's about 20mins away from the new airport. Only managed to get a ride to the hotel as my flight out was too early (left at 8am). Had to wait for another guest for the ride to the hotel for almost an hour. The first room I got had a very strong cigarette smell, so they changed my room upon request without any fuss.

The hotel was very well kept and the service was great ! It would be good if the hotel offered airport pick up as we had taxis hustling for business . And in fact the driver we were with charged us more than the amount she quoted before the trip.and did not give us back the change.eh3n she dropped us off .

Friendly staff and helpful . They do provide airport drop off service which is good for me . The only things that they need to improve is their water pressure , abit slow .

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!

Hotel staffs are very kind and provided good service. Very close to the airport and community park.

Very nice and very clean. Recommended for those who come and go by plane. I managed to walk and return back from the sports center Metro. Its not near, a good 20 mins walk each way. From the metro to Erdaoqiao station for the GRAND BAZAAR of Urumqi, definitely worth a visit. 10 minutes walk outside the BAZAAR is a food street. The food is really nice.

I had a great time at Leisure (Bestow Hotel) as a frequent traveller, I have not seen such an excellent customer service. Everyone at the reception was very helpful and smiling, which is very important for me. They fixed me a lot of things which I needed to sort out. I am very grateful. Highly recommended in Urumqi. Good choice

The first time I stayed in this hotel, I actually just thought it would be a comfortable hotel, but the breakfast here was unexpectedly good. When I checked in, the Uyghur girl at the front desk specifically told me the meal time. I went a little late for dinner the next morning, but the dishes were still very rich, with many more types of breakfast than some other hotels I stayed in. I even chatted with their person in charge at the time. The newly renovated hotel restaurant has been improved, and the facilities and equipment feel quite new. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. When I checked out at noon, the room also sent a souvenir. Although it was not the girl at the front desk yesterday, the service attitude was still very good. I like this small photo frame very much. I took it back and gave it to my children. I was very surprised and surprised by the stay experience of this hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends when I go back. I sincerely recommend everyone to come and never step on thunder!
