必須專門為18樓的服務員點贊！入住期間，每次回房都能感受到房間被打理得一塵不染——床鋪鋪得平整無皺，衞生間潔凈乾爽無異味，就連桌面的物品都按貼心的順序擺放整齊。18樓服務員大姐做事格外細心，不僅及時補充了洗漱用品、飲用水和紙巾，還留意到我隨手放在床頭的充電線，特意整理好並留出方便使用的長度。每次偶遇時，她都面帶温和的笑容主動問好，態度謙遜又熱情，讓人倍感親切。這樣認真負責、充滿温度的服務，讓整個住宿體驗都變得格外舒心，強烈推薦大家為18樓大姐的優質服務點贊，也感謝酒店培養出如此優秀的員工！

房間很不錯，使用方便，床品非常乾淨舒服，樓層服務員也很好。周邊餐飲購物都很方便。餐飲店很多吃飯方便，酒店旁就是紅山乾果批發市場，購買伴手禮很方便。個人感覺管理還需改善，雖然給我們升級了一間房，但是另一間居然沒有早餐，早上去餐廳被拒很尷尬，和前台溝通説是辦房卡時忘了加上早餐。中午12點半從大巴扎回來房卡過期了進不了房間。第一天來新疆時入住崑崙酒店，最後一天入住綠州，雖然都是四星級酒店但是還是很有差距的。
