Keyonna Beach - All Inclusive - Couples Only

My Husband and I spent 4 nights at Keyonna and we wish we would have booked for longer. The resort, beach and ocean are all so beautiful. The staff were all very professional and accommodating. We were upgraded to the sanctuary beachfront and these cottages are amazing and very private. The food was fantastic with a nice variety and the drinks were great. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing and romantic destination, then Keyonna is for you! Tips: if you get hot easily, bring a portable hand fan. The restaurant is open-air and can feel hot at times. We brought a lot of bug spray with us but didn’t end up needing it at all. The resort fogs every other evening and it helps a lot with mosquitos.

My husband and I are currently in the Keyonna Beach Resort and we had the special beachside dinner and it was wonderful. We celebrated my 68th Birthday, and had beautiful sunsets to view as we celebrated. The staff had a heart in the sand made out of flowers and champagne to celebrate. We are enjoying our stay and plan to return next year.

We have just returned from a blissful week at Keyonna Beach resort. Antigua is just beautiful and we were lucky to have gorgeous blue skies and temps of 28 every day. Food is amazing - go to the restaurant for lunch rather than eating on the beach, it’s much nicer. We loved our plunge pool and just relaxing on our own private deck but the Bali beds were great too. It is quiet but that’s what we wanted. I can imagine two weeks might feel a bit samey.

My wife and I booked at Keyonna Beach for my 60th birthday and the place was absolutely perfect. We had a Sunset Beach room (58) and while the rustic, colonial-style of the decor may not be to everyone's liking, it was fine by us, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Food was fantastic throughout (bravo to chef Hensley Pryce) as was the selection of drinks - top quality. Weather of course was fantastic and as for the beach and sea......beautiful just stunning! We had 14 days of glorious sunsets....absolutely idyllic. But ultimately what made this place perfect was the remoteness (although the island is so small you're never really remote), the small scale (very personal) and most of all the fabulous staff - everyone we came across was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff and homeliness make this place what it is. Special mentions go to Lyndon, George, Lydia, Marie, Devaughn and the security guy, whose name escapes me sadly. Extra special thanks to Aurillus (Jr.!), Tashekia (so smiley!) and most especially Tevin, despite being a Newcastle supporter ;-), for all his running around and laughs - really special people who made our stay truly unforgettable. Also a quick mention to Jalil who drove us all around the island one day and gave us so much information about the island, people and culture - well worth doing. Not part of Keyonna Beach but I know he knows people there! We also met some lovely people while there...all in all the most perfect, relaxing holiday. We'll be back (and as soon as we can!).

Couldn’t ask for more, if you’re after some piece and quiet, easy access to a stunning beach and to be waited on hand and foot then Keyonna is your place to go. All the staff we met were brilliant. In particular Aurellias who greeted us when we arrived and when we left, as well as his colleagues Deshana and Daniel. Tiffany served us throughout our stay was excellent and then Quain who looked after us when we were on the beach enjoying our dedicated Bali bed. The resort really look after you, the library had a surprisingly good stock of books to borrow and the gift shop runs on a trust basis where you go in help yourself and simply write what you’ve taken. This trust basis set the tone for how the resort felt. It was very friendly and relaxed. I’d read reviews about the lack of quality of the food but we were there for 8 days and were never disappointed with anything we ate. All dishes were beautifully presented, delicious and were seasoned well. The private plunge pool was my favourite thing, the photos don’t do the size of the private outside area and the size of the plunge pool justice. There was entertainment every evening and the hotel offer daily activities and trips. If you’re wanting to book excursions I would recommend doing it through the hotel, they will Make sure you pay a decent rate and go with a trusted company. The hotel even call before you leave to ensure you don’t need them to arrange a taxi service to the airport. Mosquitoes are an issue in Antigua but the hotel do the best they can, they fog the entire resort 4 times a week, they provide you with insect spray for the room and also provide you with Off body spray which for anyone travelling from the UK u would recommend using as I don’t believe we can purchase from the UK. The cottage itself is rustic but luxurious, the outside showers were fantastic and there are water and ice buckets throughout. The resort will fill your mini bar with any drinks you want whenever you want. Overall our stay couldn’t have been any better and u would highly recommend if you want quiet and convenience.

This resort is breathtaking. From the stunning views to the impeccable service, we felt like we were in paradise the moment we stepped onto the property. We went here for our honeymoon, looking for a location that was private, rustic, and romantic. Keyonna Beach Resort delivered far beyond what we even imagined! Everything about the location itself is made to feel romantic and it works so well - stunning beach views of crystal blue water, personalized service, and an inviting atmosphere that includes couples massages, yoga, and more to help you unwind. We stayed in a Beachfront Sanctuary room which I cannot recommend enough if you’re looking for seclusion and uninterrupted relaxation. But what TRULY makes this resort unique is not the all inclusive aspects or beachfront location, which can be found in many places. What sets Keyonna apart is the service. We were BLOWN AWAY by the staff and their dedication to hospitality. Restaurant Supervisor Odeal learned our breakfast orders after 1 day, and for the rest of the trip, would bring us fresh juice, smoothies, coffee and fruit every morning before taking our order! Each member of the staff, from Daniel who checked us in to Amir who often brought us our drinks and food from the grill, brought such positivity to every moment! Finally, I can’t end this review without mentioning Chef Hensley Pryce. Chef Hensley’s rotating menus provided us with the freshest and most authentic Caribbean cuisine we could have hoped for. We raved about EVERY SINGLE MEAL and are still talking about it a week after we left. I could go on! But trust me, if you’re looking for the perfect honeymoon getaway, this is it!
