타이쇼야는 제가 가 본 일본 료칸 중 최고의 서비스와 시설을 갖춘 곳이었습니다! 예약하면서 누락이 있었던걸 사전에 알게되었는데, 타이쇼야에 한국말이 능숙한 직원분이 잘 조율해주셔서 원만하게 해결할 수 있었습니다. 막상 가보니 2박을 해도 지루하지않고 좋더라고요. 온천도 3군데나 이용할 수 있고, 가이세키도 이틀 다른 구성으로 나와 물리지 않았습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 웃는 상이셔서 묵는 내내 행복했어요. 도와주신 한국직원분들 특히 정말 감사했습니다. 식사도, 숙박도, 서비스도, 온천도, 뭐 하나 부족한 것 없이 기대 이상이었고, 부모님도 아이들도 최고의 여행 마무리를 할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다!

A standard hot spring hotel. There are two hot springs in the hotel, both indoors. One is larger for day-trippers and the other is smaller for carp viewing. In the afternoon, you can take the hotel shuttle to the outdoor hot springs at Shiiba Sanso on the mountain. Dinner was also standard. Although my companion complained that the appetizers were placed on the table and covered with large paper towels when we arrived at the restaurant, we found that Taishoya was too good after comparing it with the Higashien in Unzen Hot Springs. The sake tasting set was very cute. The breakfast was very special, with local tofu. The service was very good and enthusiastic.
