Seems as though all of the vending and ice machines weren't working on the first floor. Lots games were out of order as well. I'm also pretty sure my room had a mouse in it.

The gentleman at the front desk was great! He helped me get a room with a hot tub in it just like I asked. He went above and beyond his call of duty. I woukd recommend this hotel fir everyone. Especially kids, but adults as well!

This should not even be a 1 should be a negative 1. Megan at front desk VERY rude and should be fired! Rooms weren’t ready at check in and could not tell us when they would be ready , lost our reservation that we had called in months ago. Yelled at customers and told us just leave and cancelled rooms we had waited 2 hours for. I would suggest never going to this motel. Horrible place and not well kept.

The breakfast was slim pickings, fire alarms went off multiple times in the middle of the night, lukewarm water, and tv did not work. Hotel was clean just old. Pool was great!

Horrible experience, no breakfast, plumbing with the toliet was really bad, parking was horrible ( and my husband is handicap). Tv remote didnt work. Key didnt work, lighting was awful in the hallways. Honestly the only thing this hotel somewhat has going for it that the water slides worked. The hot tub jets did NOT even work!!!

The waterpark closed earlier than the year before- by 9pm. No breakfast was ready as the person did not show up, the front desk had 3 people working who said it was not their problem. The second day they had breakfast ready but it was grab and go and they made you a waffle with 1 waffle maker that the line took forever. Breakfast was way better the year before with a lot of great hot options.

Very noisy at night and early morning, the worst experience I had in 5 stars hotel!!! The staff at breakfast Not very polite ,I was with another client waiting to have a coffee at 06:58 and she came with a sad face asking us to stop and to wait till 07:00 , as it was the morning of the 1st Mai we are a bit nervous in terms of time , unfortunately she wasn't professional. The cake and most of breakfast food was terrible, and no eggs till we ask for it and she came with a dish of few eggs for about 20 clients .
