The home sits next to a beautiful public park with basketball and tennis courts, pavilions and playground equipment.
The feel of the home is cozy, relaxed and CLEAN! We pride ourselves on clean! The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and ready for you (coffee, toaster, all appliances, pots/pans, cooking and eating essentials, towels, shampoo, conditioner. If we don’t have it, we are happy to make every effort to get it to you. You are our guest! We want your stay to be 5 star!
I will be available in person by phone/text/e-mail leading up to, during, and after your stay. This property is .5 miles from downtown Urbana, the Lincoln Square Mall and Farmers Market, Common Ground Food Co-op, a dozen downtown bars and eateries, and 3 miles from the University of Illinois campus. The cottage is located immediately next to public transportation, Champaign-Urbana MTD bus service, uber/lyft are also available. There are 4 parking spots available for guests. Purdue vs. Illinois Weekend
We had a great say. We converged from three states for a weekend of football. The accommodations were as described. The kitchen is well equipped! Hint! Bring your own wine opener!! Rooms are as described. Note the stairway is accurately described as narrow and steep. House is neat and tidy. Only 10 minutes to the stadium. TV is live streaming only, so bring your login and passwords. Awesome weekend!

Family Time/U of I Football
Very clean and nicely decorated cozy home. Appreciated all of the small touches. Came for a weekend of a football game with family that were alumni. Had a wonderful time. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place for an easy stay
This is a great cozy house that was perfectly suited for our needs for a quick one night stay while in town to visit friends. The house was well stocked with essentials (towels, napkins, basic cleaning supplies, etc). The third bedroom is located upstairs, and the stairs are slightly narrow and steep, so minor thing to keep in mind depending on who you plan on staying at the house. Molly, the owner, is very responsive and cares about making sure her guests have a comfortable stay. We appreciated her hospitality! Thanks again!
