Service was top. Location is very far. Food wise is all set menu similar to the portion of French cuisine. The view was magnificent, worth a visit at least once

酒店就在雲仙地獄旁邊，房間很大，乾淨，温泉水質數很好，浸完有舒緩關節痛和疲勞效果，景色面向地獄很治癒，一泊二食，兩餐都很豐富，很美味。服務態度也非常好，咖啡室和天台酒吧飲品酒水和停車場都是免費的。還有免費明信片，可選擇一年後送到你填的地方。

日本北九州15天的行程！定了8家温泉酒店！這家應該説是我這次旅行定的最好的温泉酒店！性價比也最高！服務相當好！食材也相當好！酒店陽台就能看到雲仙地獄，下樓就逛了雲仙地獄！簡直是設在景區裏的酒店！

雲仙九州温泉酒店坐落在雲仙地獄的中心，在房間裏能非常清楚地看到地獄的景色，酒店沒有公湯，每個房間都有私湯，邊泡湯邊看地獄景色真的十分愜意。房間比較大各種設施也比較齊全，酒店下午3:00以後在二樓和五樓免費提供下午茶和咖啡等飲料。訂的是一泊二宿，早餐和晚餐應該也還可以。

酒店位於雲仙温泉地獄中央位置，在房間裏就能看見地獄温泉。酒店不提供公湯温泉，但是每個房間都有獨立的硫磺私湯温泉。早餐和晚餐都是西式的，體驗感很不錯。

今次住了雲仙九州酒店 Unzen Kyushu Hotel，值得推介。
酒店收費有一定水平，但以質和量來說，它的性價比很高。
房間篇 - 特級半西式房間有成6佰多呎，它帶和式起居空間、西式梳化、偌大露台放了轉角戶外梳化、生活空間豐富，床是King size 的，最重要是房間自備私人半露天風呂溫泉池，私密自在，不用到公共溫泉。
酒店定位及佈局 - 酒店定位尊貴，客戶入住，先安坐大堂梳化，前台服務員上前總體介紹酒店及各樣設施，並安排晚餐及早餐時間。酒店近幾年重新裝修，室內外仍然新淨、時尚大方。
景觀 - 每個房間都朝向雲仙地獄，風景壯觀美麗，配了單面反光玻璃，在房間走動，不用拉簾，私密安全，自然採光充足。
一泊二食 + 免費酒精飲料 - 酒店提供一泊二食（兩餐一宿），晚餐是日本法國 fusion 菜 ，共有8道菜，另有甜品、咖啡及茶，每道都非常精緻，肯定相機先食。
早餐很厲害，西式早餐有四道菜，日式非常豐富，牛奶美味。
晚餐在餐廳大樓，正對雲仙地獄頭段，視野開闊，西式座位，非常寛敞，侍應服務態度一流，每道菜都換餐具，單是晚餐體驗已經回了房間本錢。
另外，酒店下午及晚上時段在二樓酒廊及頂樓休閒空間，提供 free flow 酒精及非酒精飲品，真的值回票價。
服務 - 酒員所有員工態度專業、斯文友善，經理英語很好，其他同事都配備翻譯設備，溝通完全沒有問題，給住客服務到位、賓至如歸的感覺。
