The room is large, the facilities are very good, the breakfast is relatively small, and it needs to be booked in advance. The dinner for 7 of us took an hour and a half to cook, and don't order local beef. It's too unpalatable to bite. I didn't eat at all, except for eating. The scenery is great, invincible sea view

Recent visit
The staff are very welcoming and give 5 star service. However the bathrooms are run down, towels are all stained and it needs a good renovation. No iron in room or board no cleaning service. Hard to get Ubers or tuks up and down the hill. Stay in the Galle Fort much better.

Lovely hotel
Great location on the hill with an amazing view and close to popular destinations. The staff was very service minded!

Needs to be clean
Location and overall appeal of the hotel is great. Some staff are really good and helpful. Most are courteous but the language barrier makes it super hard at times. Front desk was the worst and there was a huge gap in requests made to them and getting those executed by the staff. Cleanliness needs a WHOLE LOT to be improved on. In every room and every aspect of bathrooms.

первые оказались на Шри-ланке, гостиницы выбирали долго. Остановили свой выбор на гостинице Levels в Унаватуна, где провели первую недели и Scenic Bey в Велигаме, где провели вторую неделю нашего замечатеного отпуска! Гостиница Levels расположена чуть поодаль от центрального пляжа унаватуна, но в пешей доступности (2 минуты пешком) до пляжа джангл бич. Заходя вперед, скажу что это единственный пляж без волн который мы видели за эти 2 недели. Полный штиль, песочек и уединение с природой! Сама гостиница оставила положитеные впечатления, потрясающие завтраки и заботливый персонал, который всегда был готов помочь. Комнаты огромные, чистые, сейф и холодильник имеются. Очень приветливая управляющая (всегда к ней можно подойти и проконсультироваться)! Минусы: Нет полотенец для пляжа (но я так поняла, что их нет нигде) и совершенно негде сушить белье (нет балкона и в комнате ничего не предусмотрено). Так же возьмите с собой переходник, так как местные розетки не подходят под европейский стандарт. Сама гостиница находится практически в джунгиях, можно увидеть много зверья! Вечерами летают светлячки (это вообще сказка)!! До центральной улицы доезжали на тук туке за 800-900рупий (300рублей). Можно дойти пешком (40 минут). Если спуститься с горки самостоятельно, то можно сесть на крэйзи бас и с экстримом и местным колоритом домчаться до Гале или в любую другую точку юго западного побережья. Если захотите покормить и поплавать с черепахами -едьте на Далавелла бич, получите огромное удовольствие! Всем добра!

Waking up to the beach view was incredible, and watching the sunset over the ocean was magical. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented. From the pool to the service, everything was perfect. The staff was warm and attentive, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back!
