Very beautiful breathtaking views friendly staff from in-house manager to the house keeping everyone was so friendly with smiles all the way Cooks 21 years of age never ever had such amazing food five star hotels needs to take some tips from these young cooks seriously I salute all of you for making our stay such a memorable one will definitely recommend to our friends in the UK Special thanks to Sameera Neranjana Themian Lakmal Shamalee Also have to mention the family rooms the size can’t compare to any hotel absolutely amazing Thank you all of you 🙏🙏🙏 really worth tha value. Good location but the hotel needs a face lift. AC in the room has a loud sound, safety box was broken. Breakfast is not good and not to be considered as continental.

Amazing hotel, wonderful views and very clean and very well decorated. The staff was super helpful and nice. The managers of the hotel were lovely and helped us a lot with anything that we needed, it's by far the best hotel that we've been to. Not to forget, breakfast was really good in the terrace in front of the sea and the swimming pool was very clean and very beautiful. Thanks a lot for such a good experience, watergate hotel!

The staff are the most beautiful souls!! So happy to help abd accommodate!!! We had the best breakfast only complaint we could not eat it all!!! I had the best tastiest dahl!!! My husband had beautiful full English!! So clean! Beautiful pool !

Came to spend 3 nights at this hotel and ended up spending 9 instead , as we simply fell in love with it. Stunning view -for sunset lovers, very quiet for light sleepers and what was very important for me,they have blackout curtains. Another thing which was amazing about this hotel, we never had any insects in the room, even tho bathroom window is more like a little fence than a window. It has uncovered gaps which made me worried knowing how reach is the fauna here. (See the picture attached ) But we didn’t have even mosquitoes!!!!!! Bathroom is broad and very good looking, room has a little fridge and very convenient lights switchers inbuilt into the nightstands. Stairs are always clean and plants are everywhere. Even in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the busy area, if you a pedestrian there are tuktuks available outside during the day time. Night time you will need to walk in the dark a little bit. If you rent a bike , there is plenty of space just next to the reception and night time security will keep an eye on it. Staff and managers are very kind and friendly.

We were greeted very warmly, the staff is always happy to help with solving any problems. The hotel is clean, comfortable, located on the ocean. The balconies of all rooms overlook the ocean, gorgeous views, silence. A very worthy three. If we return, it will only be to this hotel.

Вроде отель 3 звёзды, но когда приехали никто не встретил. Никого на ресепшене. В номере есть только 2 больших полотенца, завтраки ужасные. В довершение ещё до 24.00 ночи всем кому не лень можно включать на полную громкость музыку. Персонал отеля при этом утверждает, что разрешённое время до 23.00. И никак не реагирует на замечания других гостей

Отдыхали в отеле Watergate в марте, очень понравилось! Персонал отзывчивый, завтраки в основном шведский стол, вкусные, пляж Унаванунв рядом, до Джангл бич идти по джунглям. С достопримечательностями Шри ланки нам помог Ласа - гид говорит по русски, у него автомобиль и Тук тук, может отвести на любую экскурсию. Телефон Ласы +***********, писать в ватсап, всегда ответит, советую!
