Very beautiful breathtaking views friendly staff from in-house manager to the house keeping everyone was so friendly with smiles all the way Cooks 21 years of age never ever had such amazing food five star hotels needs to take some tips from these young cooks seriously I salute all of you for making our stay such a memorable one will definitely recommend to our friends in the UK Special thanks to Sameera Neranjana Themian Lakmal Shamalee Also have to mention the family rooms the size can’t compare to any hotel absolutely amazing Thank you all of you 🙏🙏🙏 really worth tha value. Вроде отель 3 звёзды, но когда приехали никто не встретил. Никого на ресепшене. В номере есть только 2 больших полотенца, завтраки ужасные. В довершение ещё до 24.00 ночи всем кому не лень можно включать на полную громкость музыку. Персонал отеля при этом утверждает, что разрешённое время до 23.00. И никак не реагирует на замечания других гостей

Отдыхали в отеле Watergate в марте, очень понравилось! Персонал отзывчивый, завтраки в основном шведский стол, вкусные, пляж Унаванунв рядом, до Джангл бич идти по джунглям. С достопримечательностями Шри ланки нам помог Ласа - гид говорит по русски, у него автомобиль и Тук тук, может отвести на любую экскурсию. Телефон Ласы +***********, писать в ватсап, всегда ответит, советую!

Отличное расположение отеля, с потрясающим видом на океан. До пляжа Unavatuna идти 5-7 минут по тенистой улочке, и где мы встречали обезьянок, белок, павлинов и варана. В отеле чисто и уютно. Номера большие, в номере холодильник, чайник (чай, кофе), сейф, кондиционер работает хорошо, очень быстро охлаждает номер. Санузел и душевая очень просторные, есть все принадлежности: фен, шапочки для душа, гель, мыло и шампунь. Уборка в номере качественная, нужно оставить ключ на ресепшен и попросить чтоб убрали. Кухня хорошая, разнообразная. Суп на ужин это любовь с первой ложки. Отдельно хотела бы отметить замечательный персонал отеля, отзывчивые, гостеприимные всегда с улыбкой. Любой вопрос решается очень быстро. Благодаря этим заботливым людям чувствуешь себя комфортно и уютно все время проживания в отеле. 100% рекомендую и надеюсь вернуться в этот отель в следующем году.

Чисто, тихо, спокойно, отличный сервис, хорошая кухня. Что особенно понравилось- отель находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от тусовок пляжа Унаватуна, но в самом отеле очень тихо и спокойно. Рядом парочка таких же небольших отелей, и джунгли. Только шум волн и птичий щебет по утрам. Нет никаких насекомых и другой местной фауны. В номере холодильник, чайник, 2 бутылки воды каждый день, чай, кофе, сливки, сахар. Очень качественный косметический набор в ванной (шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа), есть фен. Персонал не докучает своим присутствием, но всегда оказывается в поле доступности. На завтрак в основном всегда был шведский стол, можно было выбрать по вкусу, на ужин- заказное меню, очень вкусный рис по шри-ланкийски (ужин заказывали на рецепшене после обеда). Еще из плюсов: На Унаватуне есть бесплатные лежаки от отеля на пляже Happy Banana, но туда идти минут 10. Из минусов- кондиционер в номере дует на кровать, пришлось немного занавесить. Но я его включала только вечером чтобы охладить комнату, а ночью свежий морской бриз в окна. И да, для того чтобы убрали в номере- необходимо на рецепшене оставить ключи и предупредить об уборке. Кто не знает английский- желательно скачать программу перевода, практически никто из персонала не знает русский.

Отличный вид из номера ,отель и номера уставшие .Организация работы в столовой плохая,,нерасторопные официанты,очень шведский стол убогий,в ванной гель,шампунь и мыло ,фен принесли после запроса. Холодильник не работал ,заменили ,сейф работал через раз .Удобное расположение отеля.

Habitaciones muy amplias y vistas preciosas al mar. Está cerca de la playa y el centro del pueblo, pero el último trozo para llegar es camino de tierra mal iluminado. El personal amable y atento. Cuando estuvimos en temporada baja solo había desayuno inglés, hubiera preferido un buffet.

We were greeted very warmly, the staff is always happy to help with solving any problems. The hotel is clean, comfortable, located on the ocean. The balconies of all rooms overlook the ocean, gorgeous views, silence. A very worthy three. If we return, it will only be to this hotel.
