The hotel facilities are simple and they charge an extra 30 dirhams per person for tourism when they see that you are Chinese. It is really bad.

The place is so nice so nice, peaceful and relaxing.The hotel service is superb. We would like to extend our thanks the service staff Norman for providing us an excellent service when we had our breakfast earlier as we only requested for scrambled egg to be cooked well done for our child but he also served us slices of watermelon without seeds and to the the approacheable lifeguards and cleaners who were so nice and approacheable. We do appreciate their kind gestures towards their guests.We would also like to thank the receptionist for providing us the taxi driver's number who's so nice and dropped us home safely. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will surely come back there!

Place was good. Just that nearby the resort there is only small fish and for the crab hunting is not easy to catch them but fun experience

We enjoy the room i love the sea view, the environment and the nature. The receptionist and the staffs are very accomodating and helpful. But cleanliness is not that good. And i suggest to play international music so that everyone can adapt into the music.And also why not putting bonfire at the middle of the garden near to the beach especially this winter season. Thank you.

Отдыхали здесь в апреле 2025 года. С погодой повезло, ещё не жара, можно прогуливаться по парку, что недалеко от отеля, выходить на дикий пляж к открытому заливу. У самого же отеля небольшая бухта. Утром отливы и много всяких существ в воде. Мы наблюдали крабов, стайки рыбы-иглы, каракатиц, всяких рыбок, цаплю... В общем, никуда ехать не надо, рядом много живых существ. Мужчины рыбачили, вытаскивали крупную рыбу. От отеля ездили смотреть на фламинго. Близко не подходит лодка, но впечатления от стада фламинго в естественной среде остались неизгладимые. На территории отеля часто появляется лиса-фенек, там целое их семейство. Много наглых ворон, которые умеют подражать котикам и мяукают, если нужно привлечь внимание и выпросить еду. Ещё они залезают в открытые сумки ☺️, маленькие воришки. Мы жили по концепции FB, без алкогольных напитков, завтрак, обед и ужин. Этого предостаточно. Опытные путешественники, кто возращается в этот отель далеко не первый раз, говорят, что и на завтраках-ужинах нормально, хватает. Воду всегда можно взять в кулере. Что немного напрягало: шумные компании. Отель сдает территорию для корпоративов. И вот некоторые компании ведут себя слишком активно. Ещё один минус — мало лежаков в тени и вообще. Приходилось иногда занимать место у бассейна и ходить плавать в бухту. А вообще отель нормальный. Мы хорошо отдохнули. Один раз брали экскурсию в Дубай, после чего оценили плюсы Умм Аль Кувейна. Рекомендую для пожилых, для семей с детьми или для тех, кому нужен покой вдали от цивилизации.

Самый ужасный отель в котором мы отдыхали ! Моря нет , есть какое то болото , про фламинго обман , вы их там не увидите . Не смотрите на фото , всё намного хуже .

We visited Flamingo Hotel in Umm Al Quwain. If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is for you. I would rate it 7/10. The staff were nice and friendly. The rooms are average. We had an experience where the shower room door glass suddenly came off—it broke and the whole glass fell out, haha! We called the reception, and they sent an engineer to fix it. They ended up removing the whole door glass. Other than that, everything was fine. Simple, average, and peaceful.

Very poor service ! Ac not working ! Low quantity of shampoo and tissue ! Very bad smell Strong humidity smell And when i went to the manager he told me sorry….thats it
