"I chose Comfort Inn because I stayed there in the past so I knew it was clean and had a nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately after checking in we walk by the pool to see that it is out of order. I feel they owe their guests a notice and option to cancel if they so choose, or a discount due to the closure of the pool and hot tub. After an email to Choice Hotels, I was given some points on the website as a apology, so that I greatly appreciate that. Besides that the front desk was friendly, the room was clean, but the breakfast was decent at best. Overall stay was a 2.5 out of 5."

"The hotel looks pretty good from the outside, with a British style. However, the facilities inside are a bit old. The water in the swimming pool looks turbid, and the main road is visible from the room window (too close, it feels like living on the side of the road). Compared with other hotels of the same grade, the breakfast is a bit too simple. The price-performance ratio is not high. The only advantage is that there is a supermarket and gas station near the hotel."
