電話經常打不通，沒人接電話，很久之後才會回一個電話，然後解決點問題，酒店的洗浴系統問題很大，即使水開到最熱的地方，也就是手摸起來温温的，真正洗澡的時候就很冷，跟酒店反映了這個問題，也處理不好，衹會説讓我們多放一些水，多放一會兒就會自然的熱。但實際上並沒有，工作人員上來之後，解決問題也衹是自己的，在那兒放水，水也並沒有變熱，也沒有給出任何其他的解決方案，走的時候有個400的口紅落在酒店了也沒有後續反饋

酒店設施齊全，門口有4個充電樁，環境簡潔大方，前廳有吧枱可以飲茶，房間乾淨衞生，是地暖，房間裏很温暖。我們初一過來，前台小妹送了果盤，還替洗衣服務，服務到位，贊一個。早餐不錯，餐廳大姐熱情體貼，認真準備。整體都很好。
