The Hotel has seen quite a few years. However, it did age very well and is very good maintained. I enjoyed it more than the Hotel I stayed at before, which was 3 times more expensive.

There is no curtain in the bathroom which brought bad experience. Plus the lock doesn't work. All the staffs are nice and friendly.

A little worn out and old, but generally basic and clean. Really small room. Things could’ve been better. Staff could’ve been friendlier. It is 30mins walk away from Shangrila mall and the central region. The city has very bad jams.

This place is great! The room was the perfect size for me. The view outside the window was minimal, but it makes up for it location wise. In the city but not the busy part. It is a little bit hard to find the hotel as well. I enjoyed the full breakfast and also the sauna was splendid! I would totally recommend!

Great hotel with really good value for the price. It's a little bit away from downtown but still within walking distance. I'd definitely book it again next time.

Great location, clean hotel and great restaurants

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very good service, comfortable and clean room and facilities, excellent breakfast, and a renovated bathhouse have made my stay pleasant. The hotel has 3 restaurants (Mongolian and European, Japanese, and Chinese), a lounge that stays open until 2 am, and a cafe in the lobby. Business lunch set at the Japanese restaurant was a great deal and it was delicious.

This hotel is really clean, especially for Mongolia. The price is reasonable for what you get. There are three restaurants in the hotel, an Indian, Chinese and Japanese. The food is excellent. The staff has a fair bit of English. Really helpful and friendly. My room was not large, but adequate. If you need to spend much time in your room get one of the bigger ones.

This is a hotel with Japanese characteristics, located on a large slope next to a crossroad. Next to the crossroad is a large supermarket E-mart. The biggest feature of this hotel is that it has free hot springs and saunas, and the breakfast is also quite rich. The girl Uils at the front desk speaks very good English and Japanese. She helped us a lot.

Because it is a Japanese-style hotel, the rooms are small and it feels like a business hotel. Although clean, the facilities are somewhat shabby. It's a good place to stay for once. The eastern accommodation is a bit older, and the western accommodation is the one that has been remodeled. The photo is a laundry service manual.

The room was spacious, there was a large public bath, and the restaurant was delicious. If I were to be greedy, I would say that the changing room in the public bath was too hot, and the restaurant closed early.

The beautiful woman at the front desk was very professional and had some English skills. The men were not good at it, but the service was still good. I will stay here again next time. The only drawback was that it was too noisy when I stayed. It lasted until about 3 a.m. Yes, I don’t know why the hotel doesn’t stop it. The Chinese food downstairs is really not authentic

The building itself is quite old, but it is well-cleaned. I was a bit concerned that the toilet did not have a washlet. There is also a large public bath, and the restaurant serves Japanese, Chinese, and Indian cuisine, so it is very convenient.
