The best experience I ever had, with the manager pravin ji and from the staff Vandana attended at the restaurant. They took great care and made sure of the hospitality and the food that was being served, nicely!! I had a wonderful time here. With my family.

Location is good but the staff can be more hospitable. Food is avaerage quality and the worst experience is the breakfast buffet. Open area reastaurant looks nice but is unhygeinic as flies and mosquitos are in abundance, and are all over the food items.
Staff is also unable to manage guests at peak hours and you will have to wait for the buffet refills.

Excellent rooms and mind blowing food spread, only matched by the warm and courteous service. specially mentioning Miss Vandana and sarita for converting a buffet spread into a table serviced sumptuous dinner. Room was massive in size and i really wonder why this hotel is given only three stars instead of a deserving 4 star
