Our stay in Paradise Lagoon : Property located in a wonderful place. Well maintained gardens, nice pool and peaceful place adjacent to back waters to rest. Rooms were bigger but furnitures were very old , needs to be taken care. Rest rooms were shabby, not maintained properly. Food was not tatsy with minimal options. Spa was not professional.

I enjoyed my stay here. Many facilities are there like outdoor n indoor games , and so on. Most importantly you can directly connect yourself with nature ☺️☺️☺️

Good experience... caution please don’t go for standard rooms not worth. AC not working properly.... limited breakfast buffet... even if there is availability they don’t provide alternative room type

Hotel in backwaters. Room was big.. Breakfast Buffet is good.. The front desk is helpful. The ala carte menu price is on the higher side. Room bathroom is big but needs improvement. Badminton bats and cocks need to be checked for replacement regularly.

It was a comfortable stay in Paradise lagoon.
AC water leakage inside room.
Night we got cockroach in our bed. They should do pest control.
AC was good. room service was excellent.
also housekeeping was good. People were helpful.

Firstly, the property is full of bird droppings including the balcony which is there in the room ( We couldn't even step out to the balcony ). It was stinking and it's a health hazard!. Indoor sports is there just for name sake - all broken and worn-out things were lying there. The fishing deck - can't even imagine entering as it's totally dirty.
Food was average in terms of taste and hygiene. The food options are very very few which totally disappoints a family which comes for a vacation!!
In summary, it's not a property meant for a family vacation.
