We were a family of 6 - 2 adults, 2 parents, 2 young kids. Good staff, good rooms and food. Initially we had some insects / cockroaches in room but Mr Umesh Dongre (the general manager) is very diligent, he got rooms changed. Food chef Krishna is awesome, best south Indian food. Waiting staff Vishal and chef Manas are very kind and courteous too. The GM - Mr Umesh gave us assurance and corrected the stay. He’s very understanding and courteous and knows how to treat guest well.

Me and .my family visited the uva Meridien on this October and enjoyed the most, loved the delicious food overwhelmed by the facilities and also its worth of money.we were happy by hospitality by the club manger kiran kumar.we will definitely visit again and again

Good hospitality.. Hire some local guys..because workers don’t know kannada..they only talk in Hindhi…Food was good..Good food serving people.Try to add more games in amusement park..Nature wise resort is good..Need to improve in pool water quality.

We had visited the resort keeping in mind on the time to spend with my family. It was a great pleasure that Mr Kiran Kumar, club manager of the event, was very gentle and helpful. The hospitality provided was very nice, he was guiding us through all the rides throughout the day as he was never getting tired off. The food was great for the price, and we felt worth the day we had spent. We left the place with many fond and exciting memories behind. Thanks Kiran Kumar.

Resort is well maintained and has lot of landscape garden with very good view. It's close to nice Kodi beach. Food is best here and staff are polite with at your service attitude. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Highlight to be given to chef Mr. Vaibhav. He is very caring and helpful to all the guest's at restaurant.

Excellent resort specially for their food experience. We ordered so many dishes across but was not able to find any problem with their food quality. Their breakfast spread is really outstanding with different cuisines to choose from. Actually 5 star experience in terms of food presentation, quality, quantity and temperature. Thanks to chef vaibhav for Advising and suggesting us dishes across. 🥗🥗

Very good service . Nice place very friendly staff . We were very much convienent with check in time, though check in at 2 Pm they provided us with rooms at 10 and allowed us to check out after 11. 30 am in morning .my daughter enjoyed a lot. This is second time visit
