The two boys at the reception were rude. We had to check out at 6.00 am and we requested for a packed breakfast - at least bread and fruits. They denied in a rude way. I will never recommend this hotel and will never book these kind of money minded in customer friendly hotels … it was very evident that only we 3 were there in such a large hotel

A small hotel, very conveniently located. There are two streets with very heavy traffic nearby, but you can't hear the traffic at all. A small but pleasant swimming pool. A large shopping center is about two hundred meters away. One comment: I would like more variety for breakfast.

As always in terms of quality/price in Udon Thani, we are not bad, close to Ud Town and Center Udon, the nightclub district not far away, very friendly staff from reception to cleaning ladies, the rooms are clean, hotel with swimming pool, when I come here it is here that we book with my wife

The room and the hotel area were dark and not very bright. I got a room on the first floor and the room had a musty smell. There was a fitness room, a swimming pool, and a mediocre breakfast. I requested a car to pick me up at the airport when I made the reservation, but when the time came, there was no car to pick me up. If anyone wants to use this service, they may have to call the hotel themselves. And at 11 a.m., I hadn't checked out yet and I heard the maid twisting the door, even though there was a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging.

Good location, not far from Central Mall. Breakfast was nice. Our standard room double bed was very small, the pictures made it look bigger when I booked it. Aircon was very noisy, only stayed one night . Staff were good, pool was nice.
