The front desk staff are fluent in English and can communicate well, and have lovely smiles. When I entered the room, I noticed that there were long hairs tangled in the cushions, and I thought that this was what they were referring to in other reviews lol. However, the room was truly "princess"-like, making me feel like a princess. There was no unpleasant smell from the plumbing, the hot water in the shower was good, and the toilet was cleaned properly. The fitness room was also well-maintained, and although it had to be turned on every time, it was in working order. The pool was clean and families were using it. There were not many Western dishes at breakfast, but that's understandable if the food was tailored to the locals. It was good that the coffee was properly ground from beans. It was a hotel that I would like to stay here again next time.
