We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Highly Recommended! 🌟 Dear Zana Team, Just wanted to share how absolutely blown away we were with our dinner at Zana on my birthday! 😊 As a couple, the moment we stepped in, the location and ambiance took our breath away. The food - simply fabulous, tasty, and a feast for the senses. The service was top-notch, making the experience even more special. The pool was the 2nd best charm of the property (the food being the first!) - it added a lovely touch to the evening. Huge thank you for making my birthday dinner so memorable. We highly recommend Zana for a romantic and unforgettable dining experience! 💖 Looking forward to coming back !

I had a very good experience here. I visited with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. The food was delicious and the staff was very cooperative and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Horrible Stay – Filthy, Unhygienic & Mismanaged Property I booked this resort because it was listed as a 5-star, but it’s the complete opposite. There are rats outside the rooms, and the overall cleanliness level is zero. I had to change three rooms – the first had bloodstained bedsheets, the second had stained covers and a foul-smelling toilet, and the third (where I’m forced to stay since they refused a refund) had a wet quilt, damaged flooring, and broken walls. The manager, Mr. Chandrabhan, has been completely unhelpful. Despite multiple complaints and emails since the second day of my stay, there’s been no response or solution. The only “compensation” they offered was a free meal, which I didn’t even ask for. This property is falsely marketed as a 5-star resort but doesn’t meet even the minimum hygiene and service standards. In-room dining is handled through reception calls instead of direct restaurant service — completely unprofessional for a 5-star. I have attached photos as proof. Please avoid booking this resort; it’s a waste of money and peace of mind.
