We had a great overall experience. The rooms and food were excellent. Gurwinder at reception was very helpful, and our best wishes with him . In the restaurant, Hema and Anushree were both very nice and made our dining experience even better.

Overall good stay, the service needs to be improved though. The staff on reception is slow for check in and out process, food orders for in room dining. They charged more for food than what was mentioned in their menu. Cultural activities are arranged in the evening which are good. It was a decent stay

The rooms are beautifully designed, and the property itself looks amazing. On arrival, Gurwinder Singh and Jitesh gave us a warm welcome. Since we don’t know Hindi, they kindly guided us about the city and the resort, which was very helpful. The folk dance performance was amazing, and all the staff members were extremely lovely and helpful.
