We may have been the one in a million but... There was no water running through the taps. It started for ten minutes and then it ran dry. Called the front desk probably 5+ times to tell them there was no water, but their English was limited so they could not understand me. They entered our room 5+ times to try to resolve the issue. Seems like the water problem was impacting and entire floor as our friends upstairs had no issues. Cold shower plus no water half way through soapy hair. 5.50am the next morning the alarm was ringing for ten minutes waking us up. Sounds insulation is limited, could hear people speaking in the streets. Positives were that the staff were trying their best to understand and resolve the issues, but due to the communication barrier, even though I said I want to change rooms, I don't think they understood me.

Decent hotel with pretty good amenities and walking distance to most facilities nearby. Some minor niggles with air-conditioning issues and toilet flush not working, but nothing major.

Mr pushpendra g treated with us very well and room are clean and big.. excellent stay with hotel shahpura dev panache. We will visit this property again if we can

Checked in 11pm - lights barely on . Gave us two rooms - to be fair rooms are huge. Bed was ok - felt like sleeping in a meeting room. Bathroom - Luke warm shower, amenities present but bring your own. Looks like they got a building stuck some furniture in it and put a sign on the building Evening staff ————————- . Breakfast according to reception 7 to 10 am. On check in….. Breakfast staff ——————————- Got to breakfast staff still setting up nothing ready. When I asked for menu - come back after 8am ? When I ask cashier breakfast is 7am she responds - no after 730am actually between 7-8am we are not ready Given we are checking out 745am waste of time and money. When I came down to reception 1. Lights off 2. No music 3. No duty manager 4. Reception says breakfast 730am? 5. I reply last night you told 7am 6. No sir, manager here after 9am 7. Annoyed ask the receptionist is this his job 8. Yes sir. So here is the thing when run soulless empty vessels with untrained rudderless staff. Guests don’t return
