Property location is good.
Food is ok. Breakfast could have been better as items are not kept hot.
Amenities is ok.
Services is ok but reception staff is not cooperative. Though I checked in 6 hrs later my request to permit 2 hrs late checkout not permitted despite many rooms vacant.
I expected atleast this courtesy from hotel . They have refused without checking room vacancy at their end.

My brother went to stay in Brahma Nivas with his wife for their 25th Anniversary. I'm in Australia but I wanted to surprise them with special plan. Spoke to Mr. Bheru Lal Devasi, the manager. He made the whole surprise run so smooth n perfect. Such n easy n flawless dealing with him. He was very helpful and understanding towards the emotions for family. I highly recommend the service and stay in this place. Thank u Bheru ji for your help.

We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Brahma Niwas, Udaipur, which included breakfast. The overall experience was great! The breakfast was delicious, and the service was commendable. On the last night before checkout, we dined at Braham Kamal Restaurant, and the food was exceptional. The flavors were well-balanced, and the soothing music added a perfect touch to the dining experience. A special shoutout to Mahendra Singh, Bhupendra Singh, and Chennaram for their excellent hospitality and warm service. Their efforts truly enhanced our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Brahma Niwas for making our trip memorable. Looking forward to visiting again!

Good location, good food but pnly pure vegetarian, good views from lake facing rooms. Bad sound proofing of rooms. Whole night disturbing live music from nearby restaurants. A bit expensive as compared to other properties around

We had booked hertiage suite with jaccuzi that had Smelly washrooms which has been fixed later though. Chipped walls and dirty flooring. Not at all well maintained and doesn’t seem to be a 4star property. Waste of money!! Food is not upto the mark and not many amenities. The AC panel display is not visible/blurred and did not get proper help to get that rectified.
